Esatto la stessa cosa che volevo scrivere io poi ho visto il suo commento. I comuni non daranno mai il permesso alle società di costruirsi gli stadi di proprietà perderebbero un entrata sicura di diversi milioni

I am Italian and I used to be hyped up about these videos of future stadiums of Italy 20 years ago. And yet here we all are. Aside of Juve, Atalanta and Udinese, nothing has changed in 20 years.

1 Italia pemdanya ribet (milan dan inter gagal bikin stadion gara2 masalah perijinan) kalopun diijinkan status tanahnya hanya sewa (biasanya 100tahun) seperti stadionnya atalanta dan udinese mereka bisa renov stadion tapi tanahnya sewa
2 mereka sangat menghargai pada bangunan2 bersejarah/kuno
3 Animo suporter untuk masalah kehadiran ke stadion tidak seperti jerman/inggris, khusunya kota2 kecil (pernah dulu baca artikel, ketika musim dingin mereka lebih memilih nonton dirumah daripada datang kestadion)

Il progetto dello stadio della Roma non è più questo! Avete messo quello di Tor di Valle, che nel frattempo è stato accantonato. Il nuovo stadio sorgerà a Pietralata e sarà molto diverso.
Beautiful work. Can't help but think all these new stadiums are boring as hell though. Roma and Inter look the same and like Spurs and many others. And the smaller grounds just seem to replace athletic style stands with a boring rectangle and identical roofs. Reminds me of the development of mobile phones, every phone today looks the same 20 years ago you had all sorts of weird and wacky designs.
No one will look from the sky to notice the identical roofs, these new builds will give out the best experience for the audiences. Stadiums with running tracks and without the roof dont belong to the 21st century anymore.

The San Siro ain't getting demolished. Inter are getting the new ground .Ac Milan is keeping the San Siro
Milan also is getting new private ground, in San Donato Milanese… Inter will get it in Rozzano.

Milan and Inter should have their own stadiums. Each club has its own heritage, its own history, they should in turn have their own stadium, their own home. It might save money for each club sharing a stadium but it also diminishes them.
Could you imagine Celtic and Rangers sharing a stadium, or Arsenal and Spurs, or Real and Athletico, or Man U and Man City, or Panathinaikos and AEK Athens? It doesn’t make sense.

Como milanista la verdad no entiendo por que en Italia es tan dificil construir un estadio, desde 2018 El Milan en conjunto con inter estan Intentando construir El Nuevo estadio y la cantidad de obstaculos burocraticos que se encontraron han Sido terribles. Actualmente El Milan Sigue buscando construir El estadio esta vez por su cuenta y ya han pasado 6 años.....

Italy's stadia infrastructure is third world. Progress moves at a snail's pace and it is difficult to see when or if any of these projects will come to fruition. Take AS Roma's new stadium for example, they've been promising that for over a decade and still nothing.

👏👏👏👏 esattamente, perché in Italia nessuno si fida ad investire , per la poca serietà del calcio italiano. La FIGC ha distrutto le società ed il loro mercato...... ricordiamo 2 mondiali visti dal divano , un europeo vinto con garra è tantissima fortuna e questo ultimo europeo che ha fatto vedere il livello del gioco e dei giocatori SOPRAVALUTATI che abbiamo in Italia .
