The sad thing for those of us old enough to have known Italian football as the most glamorous in the world is that the improvements shown to at least half of those stadiums will only begin to address decades of neglect. The end result will still leave Italian stadiums miles behind those in the other big European leagues. That's before we consider whether people will start turning up to watch games in those new stands.
    It's such a shame.

You're right. These renovations are just powdering. It's surprising that such a good league has such outdated stadiums. Moreover, unlike other leagues, in Italy it is common for two teams to share the stadium (Inter&Milan, Lazio&Roma, Sampdoria&Genoa) and this would reduce construction costs. Now only Juve has a modern stadium, shame.

    2/2
4th on the list: La Dea - Atalanta! I believe that we have all seen enough of it already, given that after 3 years of actual work (which makes it completely different than all the others from this video - a real work has been done, at least we know it won’t stay just a RUclips video = living its life only in the Internet), and nowadays in its final stages, there’s no need of talking anything about it. Especially since it won’t have anything to do with EURO 2032! Some like it (most of it), and I would say that given all the (idiotic restrictions) of the Italian laws are putting on stadium redevelopment, then, they got the most of it!
Next one: “Cagliari”: What’s to say about this one. Especially since (as a Milan fan) I remember damn well the game played between Cagliari welcoming AC Milan in the last, 38th round of that season (Donnaruma’s first), and how they beat us with a direct goal from a free-kick, and all the reporters, not just the English & Italian & Balkan ones, all of them saying: “What a great way to play & finish a history on a stadium that’s gonna began with its ruining, just before they start rebuilding the new, ultra-modern new stadium. And that was a great sentence, given that the new 30K seater is truly one of the most breathtaking stadiums in this series of new Italian stadiums! But…. Can I only remind you when was that?!? 9 YEARS AGO! F***ING NINE YEARS, and they still hadn’t began with the first brick on the ground! I think it’s about time you take this video & stadium out of all your lists and s**t?!?
Then we have Pisa. You know, the town with the famous tower that’s leaning on one side each year, for a few millimeters, for some 900+ years, and it’ll still be there for you to see it in your life span! Oh Yes! They also play football in the town in Italy as well, so they’re actually building a new, small but modern football arena!
And finally,, YEEAAAAHHHH - The Most Cosmopolitan City in Italy, Milano - you know, the city where they hanged El Duce aka Mussolini & his mistress (poor thing, given that he had a different one for each day of the year, she surely had bad day…. Of yes, it’s also a city with two giants of European football! But before we start saying anything about it, may I ask the creator of this video: “How old exactly is that clip you’ve inserted it into this whole video about “Future Italian…..”?!? Because I don’t know if you are aware of it, But AC Milan has been working on their very owned (by the club) stadium, exactly at the line which represent the citty limit, at San Donato Area, they already bought the land, went through the first bureaucratic procedures (FC Inter are also in a similar track, although just a bit behind, and after the new plan of the current Milano’s mayor, they seemed to be more open of the idea of reconstructing of San Siro, and as he “promised”, it’ll only coast around 200 million, and it’ll be done only in between 2 seasons, during the summer, when there won’t be any games. And to quote the man: ”It’ll be something quite similar to Real Madrid’s refurbishment, only without the tennis court beneath it, which by the way, it cost Real M. 1,7 billion. But this genius will do it in an extra time and only for 200 million.
Well, maybe now it’s getting lear to you how come 1st,Milan, doesn’t believe in any of it and rhey’re continuying with the San Donato, 1,2 billion project, and Inter, although not as sharply as Milan, are pretty much saying the same thing. I mean, the whole idea of building a mew stadium, right next to the old one, owned by the clubs, the way it’s shown in this clip, the very idea and campaign began in 2012,or 2013…. So….
And finally - last but not least = Rome! Now, given the fat that the animation that you’ve seen in the video were completely & officially abandoned 5, 6 years ago, during the previous ownership of Roma, nowadays, we have owners, the big on sports family from Teas with lots of cash but also with many problems with UEFA when it comes hw much could they spent…. But a stadium is a different area. Which is why they are persyuing the idea of building a new stadium, in a different location, and they are doing the whole process quite silently (unlike the previous owners), and also, Lazio are struggling with the same process as well, to finally build their fabulous Aquile New Stadium, which would be probably one of the most beautiful on the continent. So, even we’re keeping them cross fingers!
Cuz we truly, and ,for me personally, I truly LOVE ITALY & SERIE A and it’d be a real refreshment to see several new stadiums in that wonderful league, which, unlike LaLiga, that has 2 & ½ teams, Bundes with only Bayern and occasionally one or two more (which is cool, especially this season, with Sttutgard, the new champs that will no longer bear the nickname “NEVERKUZEN”, and a few others, while B. Dortmund is barely hanging for the 4th place, France - not even worth mentioning, so we’re left only with Italy’s: “7 Sisters + Fiorentina”, and there’s EPL with their HOT 6, plus 2 or 3 that could easily take their places!
So, even now, when we’re watching Serie A as the 2ns strongest & most interesting domestic league, having a few more new stadiums, that’ll bring quite a lot more money, and make it nearly equal with EPL again. And that’ll only be good for the football in total! Don’t you guys think so?!?

Tutti che nei commenti memano e fanno battute di ogni tipo…e hanno ragione. Ma, se ci si ferma un secondo a pensarci, viene spontaneo chiederselo: ma perché ? Cosa manca ? Dov’è l’inghippo?
    I soldi ?

the reconstruction of Inter's future stadium is the product of much, much imagination. The current Meazza stadium cannot be torn down, because there is a cultural heritage ministry constraint on the second ring. Moreover, even the location of the new stadium that is seen in the reconstruction was never approved by the City of Milan. Inter currently has the option to consider building the stadium in a completely different area respect the current one, but it has not yet submitted any plans.
Roma's stadium is the old project that the soccer club has already officially abandoned 3 years ago. The new stadium (if it is built) will be built in a new metropolitan area of Rome, and the design has not yet been unveiled to the public.

    1/2
1st one: Bologna's "Del'Ara" , has grounds in reality, and it could really become something out of it! So, keep your fingers crossed, and keep faith in the team, that even after Motta leaves, players like Ferguson on the other hand resists the offers from Juventus, Zirkzeee could be replaced with B.MIovski from Aberdeen (and Macedonian NT - he;s just 23) and already the best scorer in Scotland,, available for 5 millions) who has very similar trades, and most importantly, he can score, and he can score in a prolific manner, he'd be perfect for Bologna! So, get ready in the following 2, 3 years!
2nd one: Parma! Less than 10% chances to actually happens. The project is financially unstable. In order to function, the team must achieve results. at least of the level of Atalanta in the last 8 years, and we all know that will be just a dream! I think we all know things like that don’t happen in a regular basis, but only on English way, when you don't give a damn where the money comes from and you basically you have to let go off that you actually have any decency, but only pretending in front of the TV, for which you've already built a huge net of pretend ethics that have nothing to do with how things truly are = become money grabbing machine and hide back from reality that 'll bites you little by little every new day! But, take a look stony of New Castle fans, dressed in their with/in those "traditional" white sheikh wardrobe & sing how you're the richest in the world and can buy anyone you know off!. There's ZERO SPORTSMANSHIP in it!
3rd one: "Fiorentina”: In order to satisfy the local bureaucrats who sit & sleep on VERY OLD MONEY (and s much as it is, it's not as nearly as much as a new, American-Italia owner of the cub, who came as a child in the US, from a very humble background, but in the land that actually offers a chance to those who are smart, diligent, persistent, killing their asses from working, have a natural talent for business & making money, and from time to time - lucky, etc., etc... = have a nose of how nowadays businesses work (including sports), so you decide to invest some of those $14 billions that you've made, in a team and a city you love (although you don't originate from it) , but you are surrounded with the abovementioned sharks (the old money - bankers, dukes, and similar figures...) and they don't want you to become the new big fish in their "own pond", where to begin with, they don't consider you as authentic for their waters and WANT YOU OUT OF THERE, NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES!!!! The man's name (the potential "big new fish") is Rocco Comisso! The man is/was ready to invest in the team and bring it back to the level of at least a dozen of years ago (playing regularly in UCL groups & often in 1/8. or 1/4 finals) and unlike the dinosaurus who are running the town, and most importantly its infrastructure, CAN'T/DON'T WANNA understand .that in order to be competable and have great players like in the past, you need to have a great, NEW, CLUB OWNED & STRICTLY FOOTBALL, MODERN stadium that will work 24/7 and will bring the club money on a regular basis (Fiorentina, as the 3rd most visited town in Europe by tourists, it's estimated could easily bring 500+ million in revenue from such a new modern stadium, alone! That is, a club owned stadium. But somehow, it's not happening for 6th year in a row now. Why? Because even if there's a PERFECT place to built one such (you could see it in RUclips video, if you hadn't' already, here's a link, and wash your eyes from the crap you;d seen in it in the 3rd sequence of this clip, financed & designed by the "city fathers"). Here it is: ruclips.net/video/rcbMpAcOmiw/видео.html&ab_channel=ForzaItalianFootball And can you take a wild guess why it has been buried by the same "City Dad's" & Rocco Comiso has his hands tied?!?!? BECAUSE THEY WANT TO SELL THE LAND where the new stadium would be (less than 1,5 km away from the current Franchi stadium, for a price that's worth 5 to 6 times over its reality price tag (although no one else is interested to buy it), and on top of it, they're making sure there's a ton of other bureaucratic s**t, just to make the man give up from it! And besides all The La Viola ultras on his side, protesting... "City Fathers" don't care, but in order to show off that "they do" (for the sake of EUROs 2032) they've decided to renovate, "Refurbish" the old Franchi (that cannot be even thought about ruining it down, because of its outside legendary stairs up & down, because they were REVOLUTIONARY back in 1920's when the stadium was built - and you know, in a city like Florence, that has works of De Vinci, Rafaelo,, Boticceli, and about a few hundreds of more… what would a city like that look like without those “legendary” stairs?! That’s it - n one will consider Florene s a city worth visiting! JESUS F***ING CHRIST! A ruined down stadium, built in celebration of Mussolini…. Nothing else compares with him, right?!? Yeah… enjoy this shit that costs 170 million euros, some 15% of the cost of Comisso’s original NEW STADIUM that was taking everyone’s breath away! PATHETIC!!!
