Me too! As a lvl 427 I couldn't figure out why I couldn't beat molten mode!! Now I know it's because I bought trapper so I sold trapper and now I'm winning
yeah as a lvl 358 I never realized that I can use my elf camps, military bases, mercenary bases, necromancers, and gcrook bosses to solo hardcore this is life saving 🤟

Rocketeer is a great new tower for new players. It has great DPS and the killzone isnt really a problem. It is pricy but by the time of getting it they should at least have some other towers. Also it does great splash damage and can help mow down bosses
When you unlock mortar, you kinda feel regret buying rocketter

The Merc base "2 Riot 1 Medic" doesn't work anymore, the Medic's shield got changed in one of the upgrades and now doesn't double unit HP.
So i'd say get 2 Rifle/Grenadier with 1 Medic and stack them up, on the final wave when they can't stack anymore, set all to Riot
If the wave has stuff with less than 2250 hp, the combo is still good, but its better to use 3 riots if you purely want high instant damage.
Another tip is to check what your teammates' loadouts are, instead of early defending not knowing that your teammate has cowboy instead of farm
just a lil update, tip 46 is unfortunately not applicable now bc of the new dj rework, the discount doesnt affect farm at all
on the bright side, this would mean that you can place your farms anywhere you want (preferably away from the tower spots) bc there's no point putting them near dj now

Level 360+ player here, If you're a new player in tds I highly suggest to control your golden crate drops. At the beginning of the game you don't need to unlock all the coins and level towers so I just recommend not getting neither crook boss, cowboy, soldier, and pyro and just get minigunner because if you purchase your first g crate you either get golden scout (which is one of the best early game towers) or golden minigunner (which is one of the best late game towers) so you'll be happy regardless of what you'll get and you wouldn't get freaked by the rng because you got all towers before getting you first or second golden crate. But if you want which golden skin to have in order here's my take (G mini> G scout> G pyro> G cowboy> G crook boss> G soldier).

no lol 😂 your only ever gonna use gmini for solos and duos. In fact gmini isn't even the best golden tower, it's golden cowboy. It's Golden Cowboy > Golden Pyro > Golden Scout > Golden Mini > Golden Crook Boss > Golden Soldier
G soldier last is stupid g soldier is the best starting tower besides mabye golden scout
@@SlowSnail. Dude I'm just showing what order you would go for as a beginner player. In my opinion g soldier is not that viable in strategies, it's only good when you solo intermediate or fallen mode and it has a cheaper substitute for it and it's the militant

Base Hp increases by 2 every 5 levels.
4:53 outdated strat.
2 rioters+ field medic combo is way worse ever since the nerf to field medic shield. Don't get me wrong, it is still a good way to use mercnary base, but grenadier and rifelmen spam are amazing especially on maps with cheesy spots.
grenadier is the best dps output like i got 40k total damage in 2 waves in pw2

They posted it on Reddit like a week ago, im not even joking.
Don't be ashamed of looking for a teammate for almost every game mode you play, not just that it gives a way better chance of winning but it will also help you learn on using strats or soloing it.
Correction on tip 8, you gain 2 health every 5 lvls
W tips! I hope new players watch this video so they know the right things to do!
Tip 9 is useless if you play on special modes, if you leveled up from a special mode and go to the 4 main modes, your hp will still be the same before you played the special mode. It’s an annoying bug that the devs still haven’t caught on
On the 34 tip, You can equip medic too since you need it for the hardest gamemodes like badlands or polutted wastelands because of how many abilites the bosses has.

3. Do what you want hunter is little of underrated tower so i don't saying you to buy just buy it if you want.

43.Grind strategically like dont start right away as you unlock level 50 don't because you are gonna get bored really quickly so farm like 3-12 matches a day so you will not get bored as much( just trust me i only got accel on the eclipse event i started playing in summer of 2020 on the main account).

This is my farming suggestions for me i use it... Anyway
1. Get four farm to lv 1
2. Get 1 of them or 2 of them to lv 2
3. Get that 2 farm into lv 3
4. Get another 1 of them onto lv 2/3
5. Early Accelerator

Speaking of the rejoining to switch towers, it also glitches out the power-ups, so you can't use them after you rejoin

honestly brawler for me is the best first pick hardcore tower, it's amazing for early game and also amazing for mid to late game

hunter does really decent damage for a new player aswell

For the Ranger + DJ combo, the DJ buff it gives actually lasts even when the Ranger boost ends.

For tip number 1 i recommend that you should generally get level 3 farms if you can, this is my reason, for example, you have 7 level 2 farms and have 1000 cash, if you get your last farm instead of upgrading to level 3, if for example next wave you get 800 cash, you cant place or upgrade anymore farms since you have reached the limit and dont have enough to upgrade another to level 3

Tip 51:never max out your farms
It might sound stupid but uprade them to lvl 3 and keep them like that since if u uprade the rest it wont be able to pay u back

fir tip 33 just save for mil base its op now that it has an airstrike ability i soloed intermediate with 5 maxed
mil bases and 12 maxed soldiers
As a guy who have soloed to wave 50, this was helpful
I knew like all of these so yay. 5:46 in my personal opinion the commander nerf made commander a lot less mandatory although it is still a good tower it’s just I’ve been able to win quad or even trio polluted matches without commander. Also consumables make him a little bit less useful too. They’re gonna massacre my boy DJ next update I already know it.
@handleislol I do pair it up with DJ it’s just not as useful as before that’s all I’m saying and yes I still do use commander.
Tips: always don't skip cuz there bonus money when all zombie killed or just smth if not,it doesnt give bonus money

tip 20 no longer holds out well on fallen cos of flying enemies that have lower hp so they dong get targeted
Don't hate on my man Endportex like that >:(. Actually though, level 4 farms may be secretly genius, and here's why.
The total cost of a lvl 4 farm is 4.5k, and it makes 750 per round. 4.5k / 750 is 6, it pays itself off in 6 rounds.
The total cost of a lvl 5 farm is 9.5k, and it makes 1500 per round. 9.5k / 1500 is 6.33, paying it itself off in 6.33 rounds
Also the individual upgrades both pay themselves off in 3.33 rounds, so it doesn't matter.
TL;DR, lvl 4 farms pay off faster than lvl 5s mathmatically.😅
I can't believe that u didn't talk about placement like tower have small range should have place closer to the path and tower that have bigger range make sure them cover the whole loop it matters a lot in the early game and doesn't matter that much in late but still

I use grenade launcher guy (didn’t know how to spell him) and the riot guard and medic because you can easily stack up them and they are actually pretty op
you can stack riflemen and every enemy before the final wave would die
