Information for people who found this video by accident and don’t know what in the world The ‘SU: Future REWRITTEN’ thing is: I’ve re-writtten the ending of Steven Universe Future because I felt the story was a bit incomplete, and I started to make episodic chapters for it and posting it. I usually do two or three animations at a time and finish them all within the same week, so this is probably how my channel activity will progress - a few weeks of nothing, then two animations within the span of a few days :)
I like how we see some things not talked about much in the rewrite, like Steven being a Therapist and having a client, or Steven and Connie’s Wedding, etc.
Your animation and designs are simplistic but strong. Good work Kiwi. And congrats on finishing this rewrite. I mean it. While definitely not what I had originally expected it to be and dark at points, you made something that was clearly done with passion and heart in mind, as well as a clear love for Steven Universe. I wish you lots of luck going forward.

I honestly think that the traits is better than cannon (although I did really like the cabin on ending) it just fills things up more and is so much more satisfying Also awww Connie and stevens wedding frame looked adorable
I just had a thought In chapter 11 (the epilogue part) I thought what if when lion left the house Steven just got up took a knife from the kitchen and started heading to the warp pad to go to Roses fountain When he reaches the fountain he would go to the very middle of the fountain cut of both of his legs and one arm then stab his head and then fall into the fountain sinking to the very bottom No one knows where he went No one knows where he is No one knows that Steven died No one knows he’s dead at the bottom of the fountain What the f**k is my brain thinking about holy sh*t I guess have a great day? :) Edit: Of course people don’t know where he went/is, they haven’t seen him that day. This is my brain forgetting no one has seen him in the entire episode except for his dad. Also forgot he exist. Edit: ok scratch the part where I said Steven cuts his limbs of He still brings a knife but he also brings a cloth Ok now replace the scratch with When he reaches the fountain he would go to the very middle of the fountain When he gets to the middle of the fountain he’d rip his gem out of him and with all his power he shatters his gem with a knife and puts it into the cloth. Then he falls into the fountain and sinks to the very bottom. With his gem inside the cloth in his hand and Steven opens his eyes once more. Then closes them Stevens dead
Also the short of this comment is that my brain thinks What would happen if Steven killed himself then fell into a pool then sank to the bottom so no one can find his dead body

Idk just thought of that while writing this
I like the implication that in this rewrite there are other hybrids out there and that Steven isn't alone. The idea that, because he brought peace to the universe and introduced gem society to human society, he indirectly allowed other hybrids to exist. ...But in my headcanon I don't think it's possible. We know gems get exhausted if they shapeshift for a long enough amount of time, yet Rose had to shapeshift a womb for 9 months straight. It might be that only a diamond is capable of such a feat.
I loved this one but one question. is it me or is the audio a little weird for all her music related animations? Again I loved this and I'm not hating just asking a simple question
