- This is my healthy oat pancake recipe. These are literally so good. If you love pancakes and you want to be able to eat them every day this recipe is for you! All you have to do is toss all of the ingredients into a blender, blend, pour into a pan, and cook... And voila! You have delicious, healthy, homemade pancakes in about 5 minutes.
Healthy Oat Pancakes
1/2 Cup Oats
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Pitted Medjool Date
1 Egg
Splash of Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Bland, Cook, Enjoy!

I do mine with a cup of oats a egg 1 large banana a touch of vanilla a touch of cinnamon coconut milk then when done a table spoon maple syrup and my favorite fruit there so delicious

I've just made mine with some cocoa powder and some extra mejool dates and a dash of yogurt as well... I've kept it in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow... Not sure how it's going to turn out tomorrow morning but I'm exciteddd.... 😍😇 I'll post the results in my next comment! 😁❤️

Ingredients :
Oats
Banana
Honey
Milk
Baking powder
Put oats, 1 banana, honey , baking powder and milk in a blender and form the batter
Heat a pan and make your pancakes
Drizzle with honey
Enjoy !

Looks delicious. I’m going to make these. But should mention that the final pic with the apple slices, it seems there is much more than one Tbsp of syrup.
You can use as much syrup as you want. They're your pancakes
Thanks. While organic maple syrup beats high fructose corn syrup based breakfast syrups, its still not great for inflammation. You may want to consider looking into sugar free syrups sweetened by allulose or monk fruit to maximize your health.

I also add a few nuts to up the food value. My go to for years. As a diabetic NO maple syrup👍
They look delicious! I wish we had something non-sugary to replace maple syrup.
You can dosugar free syrup, date syrup, honey, peanut butter, or whatever other spread or syrup you like.
I do low fast cottage cheese instead of milk it has lots of protein
Gonna try this for mom. She needs more protein.
I make these but add 2 x heaped tablespoons of Greek yogurt to the mixture. So good and more protein!

Quaker oats are loaded with glyphosate. Use the organic One Degree brand sprouted oats -- so much better for you.

@@DanielleLaShawn Girl, I put almond butter on each pancake. Stacked them. Topped it with mashed banana (she has few teeth). Drizzled with maple syrup, sprinkled with granola and pecan dust. She loved it! Thank you ma'am. Can you use this recipe to make waffles?

Dang it I don’t have almond milk or pitted medjoul date, so I had to use banana and soymilk! I’ll try again with the exact ingredients at a later date.

I haven't tried it so idk how that will turn out, but I'm sure you can. The recipe just may need a little tweaking if you do.

I've never tried that. I think it will get very thick if you do... kind of like overnight oats.

Just did them, without the dates and adding a tiny bit of spelt flour. Wonderful!

They look really good, but I wouldn’t say healthy as the sugar content will be high.
There is only natural sugar from 1 date, which can easily be omitted.
