I had a borrowed an older Janome machine with no manual to go with it and was quite at a loss on how to thread it. With a whole heap of orders needing to be finished I was extremely relieved To find your video . Machine now threaded correctly and orders on the way to being finished. Bless you for this tutorial.
Thank you! This is so helpful!! All the other Janome tutorials on RUclips I've come across are for newer machines and the Janome I found at a garage sale is closer to yours in age. I really appreciate you taking the time to film this, thanks again!
I just got a Janome 360 from my mother-in-law's estate with no manual I was at a loss to thread it. Very similar set up and now I can use it. Thank you
Omg thank you so much took me a few times to make sure I got it right but wow first time ever sewing on my moms machine and you totally saved the day!!! Thanks great video now I can try and make these bachhlorette sashes
Thanks so much for this video. I just bought a used 372 and had trouble getting the bobbin in this video safe me. Do you have any idea when this model was made ? Thanks
I was wondering if Maby even through these comments you could help me, my machines been passed down to me and I know how to stitch but I cannot for the life of me figure out the bobbin threading, I did exactly as you did and the thread just got tangled and broken at the bottom, I have a commission I have to do very soon so if you can help it is much needed
Sorry, This is not correct. According to the manual it should 1st go thru the thread guide (the metal loop on top of the machine in between the 2 spool holders) it does NOT go thru the bobbin winder thread guide (small metal disc shown at 16 seconds) as shown. The rest of the video is correct

Yes, hepcatshoney you are correct on this. I have had this machine since new (40 years), and the method is as you have mentioned above.
