- Virtual Sparring is almost like guided Shadow Sparring.
These videos are not a replacement for Real Sparring for many reasons.
But if you don't have a Sparring partner at the moment, then these videos may help you by with defense by reacting to my attacks, and your may help combinations by attacking wherever I am open.
