    Nice review. I just ordered one and I keep watching your video to get my fix lol. I really like the new color scheme and it looks like it's got a good amount of power. I'm coming off a 300 hp sea doo so i was concerned it was gonna be under powered. Do the rod holders feel strong enough to handle a good strike from a good size fish ?
    Thank you

    • @excessivefishingaustralia2849
      @excessivefishingaustralia2849  3 года назад +2

      Hi Troy, thanks mate. The rod holders are stronger than I thought they would be, I had a crab scoop in one of them the other day, hit a wave and got air, snapping the crab scoop but the rod holder held up mint so yeh, they will handle a fish strike easily, and power wise, they are a perfect balance between fuel economy and power. I have a mate(macca) that has the seadoo 255hp and his uses exactly twice the fuel mine does. Your goin to love your fishpro:)

    Great video mate...exactly what I was looking for. I'm putting my order in tomorrow....one question though. What does the boss think about the passenger seat? The GTX has an awesome seat for pillions, but the FP has that wide flat pillion seat. Great for fishing off, but how does it go for touring two up? Cheers!

      Thanks Rob, I was to impatient to wait for the IDF model but think it would be a wicked addition to a already sick machine. What about getting wet while riding? Is a wetsuit required when riding in cold water or is it possible to just tone down the driving and not get wet?

    • @excessivefishingaustralia2849
      @excessivefishingaustralia2849  3 года назад

      Hi Dan. Thanks for watching.Nah toning down the riding doesnt help, the wind blows the spray on you even at slow speeds, so winter time its wetsuit time!!
