- The beautiful traditional Maori hymn. Filmed in four Auckland New Zealand locations in one day. They were Bastion Point, The Hunua Ranges, Maraetai Beach and on the Fullers Waiheke Ferry. It features the vocals of Tutevera and Tere Ngaeruaiti (also producer and guitarist). It features Oyster Music CEO Duane Evans, as the Maori warrior in the start of the video - enjoy...
Be nice to see the person who originally composed this song mentioned his name is

Love the interpretation / production of this song. Maori Magic in full effect. Great blend of modern and traditional elements. Just the right mix of vocals, harmonies, percussion, guitar-work. Massive...

Beautiful arrangement. My family love it. I will be using this following my mihi at my 80th birthday this month. Praise God. ❤👍👌
Thanks so much for putting this up. I was in Aotearoa when Queen Te Ariki Nui passed away; watched this everyday on Maori TV, and when I left the land of the long white cloud, I couldn't find a copy of it anywhere! I was so sad but here it is! It's beautiful and shows just one of the many beautiful dimensions of Maori; a profoundly complex, proud and God-blessed people. I'm not Maori but sure wish I was! I deeply respect you all.
12 years on, thank you for you kind words, much respect back to you and many blessings from Tairawhiti East Coast.
