Exchange rates are also an issue with made in USA boots to Canada. Surprisingly its often less expensive to ship from Asia to Canada than from the USA. Sizing is also a problem for smaller dimensions.

Wow I'm really impressed by the skill of this boot maker! I don't know why but I am just not a fan of the thick "foam?"outsole that look like this. It's very popular on moc toe boots and it just looks weird and goofy to me personally. I'm sure it is very comfortable though. Another great boot from Fortis!

Unfortunately most Bandung Bootmakers don’t have websites. Cost and infrastructure. They work on the floors of what are basically small shop-houses.
