Does Microwaving/reheating meat (chicken, beef) change the protein structure of the meat? Always been curious if it decreases the amount of digestible protein.
@@TJ.at.DimondBikes anther question... over cooking meat, does that change the protein amounts? My wife likes her steaks well done (dont get me started) and I always wondered if that had a difference on the amount of digestible protein that is available. Love the videos man!

Layne Norton (@biolayne on twitter) says it does not. He has a PhD in Biochemistry and knows more about protein than most people.
