I’ve not done this with a different fish, perhaps you can try with any white flesh fish. And if you end up trying do let us know how it went!!

How long is the total time the salmon was in the oven?

This really depends on the size of the fillet, my fillet here was about 1.2kgs and it was in the oven for about 25mins
