I used sika post fix foam on a mailbox post, an umbrella clothes line, and a pet waste station and it held up very well. No silica dust to worry about and it’s a breeze to use.
Right. I clicked on this video, hoping to find out if this stuff really works but unfortunately the video has nothing to do with the title. I assume whoever wrote the reply above is with the company that makes this or this is one of the products you use or sell. Maybe you can put a couple sentences at the bottom of the video that explain how well this works compared to concrete. Just trying to help.
We haven’t seen that. We’re preparing to do a project where we have our expanded foam sit submerged in water for a year to show the effects. Closed cell foam is a lot tougher than open cell foam.
Glad we cleared that up

Could be suitable for a mailbox wood post. Whats the foam products name under at home depot or lowes?
Silka Post fix or Fast2k (Its better than Silka)
I used this on my mailbox. Turned out great.
Well, is it?
It definitely is, we just shared a short of a line crew using foam to set a utility pole. It’s been used for that use for over 35 years.

I notch my posts for foam !!!
I was just wondering about that. That makes total sense to do that and/or add some lag bolts or screws in the side to help the foam grab onto it.
Does that foam deteriorate over time?

what is this product? can you give the brand name and model please?
This is postloc, available on amazon or postloc.com
It's fine if you don't use it for anything load-bearing. But then you usually use posts for load-bearing jobs.
How much did you earn for making an ad for the foam company?
And?
Short awnser. No. But if you like a nice wiggly post it's fine.
This does nothing to answer the question, it just shows some expanding foam being poured into a hole
answer is no
have you had experience?
*That didn’t answer any damn questions*
FFS🫣
This video doesn't show us anything at all... does it hold, is it strong? I doubt it would even be strong enough to tie a dog to
All you proved was that it expands - nothing more.
