The transbluecent handfootguns are made from Super Energon. The Maximus teams are guardians of a massive pit of the stuff. Megatron became Galvatron by taking a bath in the pit. Starscream received a G1 repaint the same way. Superion Maximus appeared to have a near identical brother who was killed by Megatron.

Just wanted to say.....THANK YOU, for not including an incredibly boring section where you transform the figure yourself in real time. I've seen a lot of other reviews on YT & I've always found that incredibly annoying! Its as if they are saying "look at me!!! I can transform a children's toy...I IZ GENIUS!!!" What's the point really? These things come with instructions...they, ain't that hard to figure out. All I care about is the end results...Robot/Vehicle....or Gun, Microscope, Toaster, Etc.

I seem to recommend the Energon version. While the colors might bug you, they are cheaper in price than that of the Universe/ROTF set. Most of those online come with the Explorer/Munitioner sets, so it gets real expensive real fast.
They're being re-released. The Bruticus Maximus Asia version, seems to be availible at most online stores, although the price point of 130$ is a bit... ouch.

When it comes to barricade I tend to split open the panels on his cab so it collapses better into his back in robot mode.
I find it looks much better.
I think the tank guns are meant to be the feet and the helicopter guns are the hands. The shape seems to suggest that.

Get the 3rd party Swindle snd Blastoff figures, use ROTF/Universe Brawl and Blast Off, and make a hybrid of Barricade/Onslaught.

I guess the decepticon symbol only working on the combined mode works because the actual character of Bruticus Maximus is the combined mode.
