Maxwell Martins it was a facially strong year. She and NY could’ve replaced Maine but the other girls that made top 8 were quite strong facially. I think Florida lost out in that department.
WOWWWW Tennessee....gave the best walk here!!!!!!. However, that year the grouping of candidates, saw very very strong competitors eliminated, when they were in the same group with weak candidates in the swimsuit...Everyone did not pull their weight in some group and hence; the entire group was eliminated. Texas and Tennessee pulled their weight for their respective group???? Florida and Georgia had the best Swimsuit performance and did not advance......South Carolina and Maryland were weak as hell in Swimsuit

I'm guessing they only wanted one Latina to move onto top 10 and Texas was a bit stronger than Florida as far as presentation goes.
