The cable gets caught on the window when I roll it down, is there a way to make sure the cable stays in place and to the side to stop this from happening?
@@calebjrh its a bit strange because there is a compartment where the cable goes through, but if it interfering am sure you can use some cable ties to secure it to one side...
Most likely the link hook that attaches to the inside of the door handle is becoming detached so most likely you need to make sure it’s hooked on and in the correct place.
Hi I hope someone can help me I’m trying to fit a new mirror to my car managed to pull the cable through and the indicator was working. Only thing is when I’d wind my window down it was getting caught on the wire. I cannot feed the wire through the door panel without getting caught on the window

How do you unscrew the mirror from the outside? Is it only that one screw from the inside holding it or ?
As far as I remember it’s just one screen, but will be a bit stuck and you need to pull it out to unstuck it everything I did is on the video..

but it has a specific hole for feeding the wire through, so am not sure how is it getting caught, have you seen the video ?
