I love it. I think it’s good for all women. I carried my babies and sometimes a baby and a toddler. Now they’re too big, so it’s just weights. But it helps me remember when I carried them. ❤
The technique 🙌
Rucking feels great.
I did this shit by accident in school, since middleschool id just carry all my books and stuff in my backpack and id weight like 100 pounds and because of that I have a insanely jacked back probably genetics as well. I just remember everyone would go "Woah wtf is in there bro its so heavy"
PT's and ortho's salivating at that load on a flexed back over long periods of time on uneven terrain.
What is that ruck set up called? every ruck sack I've had has ripped into pieces when I stick weight in it. Or the straps and buckles give out or continue to loosen.
It looks like an updated Alice pack given that bottom bar assembly.
Don't know but I need it
@@a.b1266 huh?
Looks like a Stone Glacier frame
That's the eberlestock f1 mainframe pack, it's designed for hunters packing out meat, so it'll easily carry a hundred pounds or more no problem
Love you bro. Also love rucking. Hell yeah !
Rucking sucks and I know a pack about 70 pounds when I go hunting I take everything with me all my gear and necessary needs in case I get stuck out there I could survive for a week without a problem but it makes you stronger inside thank you for all your hard work dedication and advice❤😂
I think I was the only crazy SOB that actually enjoyed rucking in my team. Especially in the early mornings in the mountains. To catch the sun rise on the way down the mountain was awesome.
This guy is why I love America, how can you not when people like this exist here
because the cities are s***holes lol
I love it I can’t wait to get back to it I used to take my weight vest and run in the mountains the reason I love it because I know how much benefit I’m getting all the grind will make you a beast 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Jocko I’m inspired by you and I am 66 , I’m going to SD to do granddad stuff for my 2 daughters and I would love to have 10 minutes with you!
I’ll be there in the last week of May 2023, if possible, let me know 💪🏽
😮love the dog
I did the MCRE hike in 02. Goddamn! We were so wasted we didn't even walk to the barracks, slept on the parade deck.
Lol his dogs hvin a blast
Still rocking those "Billie Jean" socks...
I love his brutal honesty. "Rucking sucks"
This is absolute gold made my day ❤
God Bless You Jocko
1990 I did basic and was introduced to the ruck lmao
Never was in the military but a lot of my family members were, I went down into boxing instead. Rucking and ruck running is one of the most beautifully hard but satisfying workout you can do
Now that's some hardcore stuff to stay motivated for so long after getting off active duty. I don't hump anymore, but I do enough to still score a 1st class PFT. Just turned 59.
Yo Joko is the fuckin man bro, God damnn
The platecarrier has a new meaning 🤘
King Jocko are very strong
Great guy
Still love this clip so much, get some.
Lol here in the rural amazon, guys work the whole day with a still motorized pulveriser, weights about 60 lbs. They go up and down hill on terrible terrain, about 8 hours, and marines in the USA are rucking...oo all that under intense tropical weather.
lol i used to work for my grandpa. Basic landscaping. I carry all the bricks and just things that can weigh 30-80lbs. It's tough on your bone structure if you carry a 40 in the front and you don't have back muscles. So he built me this thing where i can strap on two stones or bricks or whatever on each side. SO i had great form and it allowed me to kind of jog. After 2 summers of this. I was just so strong. So athletic. Some days i'll move 4 pallets of stone. It would take 4-5 hours lol. I never thought of it as a workout but i guess that's why i was a super beefy as a senior.
Also, i've carried 1000's of 5 gallon buckets filled with dirt. One on each hand. Never fully filled but just enough to walk fast because you feel like your hand might fall off lol
Legendary SEAL Jocko Willink reinforces Army superiority via the soup sandwich ruck
Extremely welcome in my necks... of the WOODS.... Can't help but feel... No freaking matter if you're welcome or not right bro 😂😜😂
