- So I added the Goose from Untitled Goose Game into Minecraft. I regret my decisions.
This is sort of a sequel to the original game and the 'DESKTOP GOOSE', but with more actions.

Let me just clarify; It is a datapack. It is made in vanilla.
It does not however replace all chickens with geese. Using optifine you can make it so that only chickens named "Goose" will look like a goose. If I wanted I could have modeled a new mob into the game and made it a mod, but that would defeat the purpose of making it vanilla. Hope that clears things up.

That would be great if it was an extremely rare mob but once you find him he can bring you other geese as friends. That way you can kill them for a moment of peace but they come back sooner or later.

Throughout this whole video, I was thinking in the back of my mind how I'd add this into minecraft with a datapack, because Fundy usually makes plugins for servers. Partway through the video, I paused and went back to the start to make a list of everything goosey boi right here does, I put it on my laptop.
2 hours later and I made about half of the datapack, and I decided to watch the rest of the video as a break. I got to the end and found out it was already a datapack.

Part of me feels empathetic for the 2 wasted hours, and im honoured for you wanted to recreate it as a datapack, but damn. This is funny.

Okay. Use Droppers instead of chests, remove all one block high areas around your base to make it so you can chase the goose when it takes your items, and don't afk. For additional security, keep all droppers in indoor ponds to avoid surprise explosions
he should also rebuild end crystals and point you out to the ender dragon so it can give you a direct fire shot. in addition, he pokes zombie pigmen and aggros them onto you, and tugs you into lava, pulls you deep underwater if you're swimming.
might as well make him the ultimate nuisance. pardon, goosance.

Or during a thunderstorm, the goose is like "I'm gonna build you a lightning rod for your house" and he finds a lot of creepers to stack into a lightning rod. And then lightning turns all of them into charged creepers, and they start falling all over your house. Or the goose will mine a block randomly underground and put a spider or zombie there to annoy you with sounds. The goose could also mine a waterfall in the ground that you would hear all day.
