I assumed that this was the furry rules of acquisition "Please support me on my pattern, go check out my merch shop, and here's my PO box to receive gifts and letters". When I started watching furry RUclips videos over 2 years ago I was unaware of Popufurs and assumed that this was most furries. What annoys me about Popufurs is when they only allow Popufurs to reply back to their messages, how dare they, denying me the peanut gallery from putting in my annoying smart remarks.
Haha oh yes definitely see that pattern with the more popular furs. I’d be so uncomfortable asking for gifts and letters like that though cuz I’d feel obligated to send a gift back. that would stress me tf out! I agree it’s more fun to respond to all the good comments. Not just ones from other popular people. You miss out on so many fun remarks and responses! 😂
Yes I would like to agree people can improve themselves. I look back on my younger self and how much I’ve learned and grew. We all have the ability to better ourselves and learn from mistakes for sure!
I don't really care popular or not popular. For me i more care about what kind of person that is well am gonna call that person from first impression cuz you gotta give time to that person to better know him. Still not gonna lie popularity can change people in bad ways and they can start abuse that power and i would agree taking advantage of your fans is terrible that only shows how selfish that person is. But i understand if that person is very people he can't respond to all comments or say thanks to all people made something for them although they should do then they capable. If i write a comment and if nobody respond to it i be like okay its totally fine cuz i already know those people have lot of time. And sometimes it feels like being ignore but ik that it is what it is. Also i mostly stay near small content creators cuz those big creators already created they community and those smalls still creating and of course cuz am actually are able to talk with some of those peoples i wacth and know them better. Also i got the feeling that people ouside furry community decide about them from the way how popular furry youtubers act and are. But that is dumb you can't decide what kind of peoples are in that community from one or few popular youtubers. And of course those popular youtubers may change over year cuz like i said popularity changes people. But if that person is capable to stay the way he was in good way and be popular than its good cuz he only spread the good humours about that community and peoples in it. Person space is very important no matter you popular or no and fans should understand it not just rush for photo if in conversation or give lot of qestions. Like guys he is also a man hes not machine you can respond and work without rest he also gets tired and need some free time and then you should be reapectiful and leave them cuz lot of peoples don't understand that. Also those people may be complex to understand and you don't need popular to be bad person or good. There are lot of bad things in community but you can't change those but that does not mean you should not try fix it or if you can't try show peoples the good and positive side of it. People should never decide about that thing without truly knowing it cuz that kinda of thing may seems bad but if you dive deep you see the good part of it same goes with peoples cuz first impression don't give that man to truly show what kind of person he is and should always be mindful about those things. Even though those people are popular and i don't really wacth them am still happy for they succes and you should not be jelous or wish bad for them cuz of karma and of course hate and all those bad thing only provide agression the community just breaks in separant parts. As easer example there are two best frends and one like popular youtuber and onother like and agree to video like this and well they start arguing untill it becomes something to hate and they separate. I don't know if this makes sense but that how i see communoty breaking cuz of those kinda things. Thats my honest opinion. Anyways i could talk more about this but. I don't wanna waste your time. Anyways good video keep up the good work
I definitely think popularity can get to peoples heads! Some get really selfish and mean about it. But yeah if they are nice and try to be good people who cares if they are popular or not. I like that small creators interact a lot more too. I know the bigger you get the harder it is to talk to people. Even I struggle responding to everyone sometimes. But yeah it’s fun to find smaller creators and be apart of their community from the start, etc. I agree we definitely should promote a more positive side of the fandom. There will always be bad but we can all work to make it better and shine a brighter light on all the good that is done in and for the fandom! Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts on this!
