So happy you are back! Thank you for the new recipes. I make your older recipes often, like broccoli tomato side dish, chicken meatball soup, and potato asparagus side dish. Your cooking channel is the best!
I am so so happy that you are back, your recipes are so good. I really appreciate that you have lots of vegetarian and vegan recipes on your channel :)
I absolutely love this video🎉 Thank you! I have been wanting to see simple, no-fuss, but delicious & mostly plant based recipes! These meals are so good and so easy to make! Thank you for helping me realise again, that food doesn't have to be so complex to be delicious ❤❤❤
I’m so pleased to see you back. I noticed you in my subscribers list just the other day and thought ‘no, I’ll just wait and she if she posts again one day’ - rewarded days later. 😊👍🏽
Thank you Yuka! A suggestion: it would be easier for people from other countries to follow if you told weight of the chicken, carrot etc like you did with eggplant
Red cabbage is at it's best during the autumn/winter in the UK. I often add it raw to coleslaw for extra colour, and I like braised red cabbage as a winter side dish (braised with red wine, apple and bacon). Broccoli is my daughter's favourite vegetable.
I’m so happy to see your new video, welcome back! ❤ The miso tofu recipe at the end looks very interesting as I’ve never seen it before. I’ll definitely give it a go, as always, thank you for sharing the amazing recipes 👍🏻
For cooking high heat oil I’d recommend you to try avocado oil!! I reckon you can get it from Costco for affordable price 😁 thank you for always making yummy recipes!! I love your cooking videos!! ❤
These are awesome recipe ideas!! As someone who is single and working I love these lunch prep ideas!! I'd love to see more lunch prep ideas like these!!!
easy way to get rid of the tendon in the chicken: place the tendon between two tines of the fork and with your other hand grab the tendon to hold it still and you should be able to push with the fork and the tendon come out easily. takes a lot of force though so i grab the tendon with a towel to help me hold it better.
If you worried about the tendon, I read it is easier to use a fork to remove it. I think I also saw someone doing it with a fork but it is a bit difficult to describe... Wonderful recipes as usual, I haven't had that broccoli egg salad for a while. Need to try the chicken tenders! Never used mayo for them before...
Hello, thank you for these great dishes, ❤ but the eggplant stir-fry sauce in the video has a lot more water than the list of ingredients says. What is correct now?😅 2:14
After a six month hiatus, I'm so pleased to see you've posted. You have a great channel. I'm desperate to lose weight. This is very doable! Don't give up. Keep posting!
Those look amazing! I will try making them as meal prep for work soon! (Just not the tofu... I got articular gout and can't eat too much soy-based foods)
Hi, what is the sheet called that you covered the pot with before putting it into the microwave? I tried to find it online but nothing is coming up. Can you help? Also love your videos.
4:29 I use scissors, if I use a knife my hands get really cold from the chicken, I can’t feel them properly & it makes me miserable 😂 I find it tricky with a large knife to remove it, but my small knives just aren’t sharp enough…no matter how much I sharpen them
Hi Yuka! I love your videos and loved this one too! Just a quick question to the tofu recipe you presented at the end: will it really still be good after 1 week, so may I try it with a calm heart? 😊 One week seems soooo much time for me😂. Thank you and pls keep on with the videos! A fan from Middle Europe ❤
Thank you for the comment 💕 It's still good after a week if you prepare it with clean hands 🤣 but if you're worried, you can eat it after a few days! 😊
To be honest, tofu is nothing at all like vegan cheese. I have tried it before and I am not vegan. Vegan cheese is similar in taste but the cheese is more bland and it is hard in texture.

OMG I'm just seeing this!!!! Welcome back!
The broccoli and egg mayo salad looks so delicious. Ive used the fork method for the tendon it’s so much easier then trying to cut it out.

かえって来た!よかった🎉
Is there anything I can replace the sake with? I cannot consume alcohol.
I'm going to prepare these. By the way, do you use the normal mayo from the supermarket?

Love the video! Could someone pls give me a crash course on healthy nutrition? Isn't adding too many sauces unhealthy?
moderation is key basically. and all the healthy vegetables balance it out
I stopped eating for 6 months while you were gone.
