G'day, Hope you guys are having an awesome time in Laos and enjoying the different scenic places and tasty food. Laos is a hidden gem and is definitely one of my fave places to visit. Just a tip re: buffalo skin - it's placed directly on the hot charcoal until it's charred almost black then it get's hammered and scraped until all the black char falls is removed then it gets cut into pieces ready for eating. Luang prabang Unseen is very beautiful,I had visited when l worked in Nakorn-Pranom Province,Monahan Province and Sakhon-Nakron Province I lost in love Luang prabang.

It’s chewy, salty, and have a little bit of a bitter after taste. You can buy the dried skin and take them to a street restaurant and they can prepared them for you if you asked..lol.

You can travel to any country in Southeast Asia. But I suggest you shouldn't go to Cambodia. Because they will see you as ATM They will do whatever it takes to grab money from you.
Hey we went a few years ago and it's the only country we will not be visiting hahah I don't know why people lie and say its amazing here on RUclips, your right every single thing was about money, kids constantly asking for money everywhere, couldn't have decent interactions with people. Just treated like walking ATMs.. And were not rich either hahah

Lao Khoa Soy is original from Laos Tai Lue. Yes its different from other country they changed from original recipes. I love original Khoa soy.

Pretty much yeah and the food is actually filling and tasty! Has to be one of the cheapest countries we've ever been for what you get
