Great list. I self-host all the *arr apps, and a few other things. One that I don’t see mentioned a lot is Mealie, which does recipe aggregation!

Thanks. I run Mint 21.2 Cinnamon. That first one with the timer reminds of my first wife back in Canada. Not going through that again. TBird, of course. Didn't know about OBS - been using SimpleScreenRecorder - downloading the flatpack for OBS now.
