Both are relatively good, but after effects is just that tad better cause the speed ramping is more defined and it has a little bit more bounce, compared to the cap cut which is feels like a slow down of the video

The answer is obvious and that After Effects is more for professional workloads and that CapCut is for people who wants to edit quickly and easily. Still amazed tho at how many essential tools in CapCut such as that keyframe curve changer
