I can successfully put myself into hypnosis but my suggestions don't seem to be as effective. I've noticed that I have to "work" on the same issue for 3 to 6 months before the suggestions give results. What can I do better? I thought the whole point of hypnosis was that it worked faster than other manipulation methods.
Have you tried feeling the emotion as if it’s already happened by imagining it ? Or picturing you’re having a conversation with a friend(that would show excitement)or someone and telling them how this thing has already happened months ago? The brain can release the same chemicals from the feeling emotion. That’s how faith works

After I turn my eyes up and take three deep breaths, and then close my eyes they are fluttering but then what do I do when I look down at the steps - do I keep my eyes rolled up and closed with continued fluttering or do I also turn my eyes down when they are closed as if I’m looking at the steps from 10 to one thank you so much. This is amazing and works for me every day. Just need clarity on where my eyes go when I’m looking down the stairs in my mines eye.

Hi I'm really interested in personal Development. And listen to many audio books about the subconscious mind. One book that totally changed my life was "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I do practice Meditation every day but strangely it just makes me feeling anxious and i have a really hard time to relax my body. Thank you for this video i truly hope that this will work. She says you don’t need to worry where your eyes are when you look down..just relax after you have raised them and counted 3 breaths

How about some people who cannot be hypnotised easily? I do not enter into hypnotic state quickly. What do you suggest for such people?

What happens if you DON’T feel the tingling in your fingertips and toes? Then what do you do?
Try again and again until you do. It took me a few times but eventually the tingling did happen. Now it's a regular occurrence.
