Homie TJ, question: a brother like me is doing keto and IF, day four. I dig it. So, preworkouts and keto. I hit the gym fasting in the am and ofcourse hit that preworkout. So with Keto, still cool to use preworkouts? Gonna also try coffee, MCT oil, little cacoa powder and a little salt and go get it. Just wanted to ask, see if you gotta any opinion on it. I think there’s a new stimulant in there. The FDA has to make sure they maintain their budget and attack small business owners who provide the consumer with typically safe and effective dietary supplements, herbal extracts and pro conversion compounds. They actually could allocate for funding to attack the real problems, but that would be too dangerous and risky is what I’m gathering.
