Heyy daniel i loved ur tutorial could u make a custom donut (not from templates)tutorial which makes the drift looks realistic using launch control 1.5
Nice Addon and tutorial!!! Is there any change to make a tutorial to use the addon and rig a open wheeler Suspension Rigging? I modeled a RC car and without the Suspension and cardans movement it looks not good.
Or a way to add a feature to create bones from the body to suspension and Cardans attached to the tires. You'd could use the same setup for the Wheel impact weight physics I supposed?!
please can you teach me how to do a perfect loop animation with the drift 01 present animation, i'm learning so much with your videos thank you so much
Hey i have a problem with the plugin, the wheels are stopping rotating in the middle of the path, not completely, like, they stop, rotate on reverse and then start rotating again to the right side, how do i make them rotate the same way through all the path?
Hey Matt! Thank you for reaching out regarding this problem! Are you by any chance inside UE - like an exported animation? - If so it has to do with the animation steps for baking. It sounds very strange though. Could it be that the handles of a control point are too big and it somehow makes the curve go backwards (sorry, hard to explain, but I had this happening). Lastly, if it is in any way possible to share the file, I will take a look at it and see if I can figure out what happened. If you aren't comfortable sharing the meshes, feel free to remove them first and just export the base rig. I think a better place to chat about this moving forward is on BlenderMarket or email. So feel free to drop me a response there. (Email: daniel.v.jensen@gmail.com). Thanks again!
Hey man!! Remember chatting with you on BlenderArtists.org 😄 Nice to talk in here too. Heheh, job at lego wouldn't be bad. - thanks!! The model is from 3Dsky.org, but set up shading and lighting and the scene 😊
I just purchased your awesome addon. My question is how can I replace the path with my own path as i already created a path for my parking deck where the entrance has the form of a spiral. As I can easily convert a meshline separated from the roadway mesh to a curve and then extend it to the street it would be so convenient if I could use this for my rig. Maybe you can help me😍 Edit: Ok i just merged them. Works good as I had no issues yet🤝🏻🥰
I am wondering How should I able to do multiple car rigged animation in same scene addon only allows one car rig at a time. Should we except multiple cars rigged animation in next update?
Hello Hyper! Thank you for the question. Yes, exactly! We have been working on a true multi-car rigging version of Launch Control for multiple months now. The thing is that it requires a complete re-write of the entire tool. We have an initial working version, but we still have a ton of bugs to fix. For now the best approach is to use "linked files" to have multiple cars in one animation
sorry but what is your hardware to make such heavy and complex animations? I use C4d and I need to make small animations also using Blender. Can you make a precise list of your machine?
Hey there!! Sorry for the late reply :( I often miss messages here on RUclips, but I would recommend you to join the LC Discord where you can ask questions and stay updated with new features. ^^ The "Rig Setup Mode" was renamed to "Garage Mode", but it's still in there :)
Hey mate!! Sorry for the late response to this. For support questions, please reach out on BlenderMarket or in our Discord - We would be happy to help in there, but we usually miss questions here on RUclips :( Firstly, please make sure you are using the latest version of LC. Previous versions did not all have the features to do this. The best way is to make sure you have 2 Unrigged vehicles in your scene, separated into 2 collections. Then you can rig them one by one with LC. Copy/Pasting a Rigged LC vehicle from another file will cause issues with LC. :( If you want to append an LC rigged car from another file you can do this using the Append function in the top of the LC add-on (not the default Blender one). Again, please consider reaching out on Discord or BlenderMarket as it's much easier to track messages and help out in there :)
Yes!! So you can alter/animate the speed and how far the car will drive using the "speed_rotate" handle. It's the wheel that is floating above the car, spinning when the car is moving. The rotation of this wheel determines how far the car has travelled on the path. :)
@@swayamghosh8710 Yes! The "rotation channel" of the wheel should already have some keyframes on it. These keyframes are what is making the car move. So you can either open up the graph editor and mess around with the keys or do it from the timeline (I prefer the graph editor). Keep in mind that the keyframes indicate the "offset/position" of the car and not the speed. That means that when you set a keyframe to the value of - let's say - 80, that doesn't mean that's a speed of 80, but rather that that is "position" 80. So just like when you would animate the position of a moving cube you are here doing it, but with a car following a path. :) I hope that makes sense
Fantastic add-on, love it! Although hoping for more info on trouble shooting issues. I sent a messsage via product support on blender market if you happen to get a chance to help Keep up the great work! Ill be following you to see what else you accomplish.
Hello!! Thank you for the question and noooo problem! It's a good question! In the latest version (which was released yesterday), you can do exactly that, yes! In the old versions, you would have to use one of the default curves and then modify it to your liking. :) But, you can download Launch Control v1.3.5 on BlenderMarket or GumRoad (for free if you already own an older version) and use the "User Path" field to pick your own curve object.
Man, you gotta do a lighting tutorial, the lighting is phenomenal in this render. Awesome work, it feels so real.
Love it! Would be amazing if you have a lighting tutorial of this scene as well~🔥
That is noted!! ^^
I would be happy to share some of the things I have learned about lighting
@@DanielVesterbaek Yeah, the scene is extraordinary! A tutorial would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
@@DanielVesterbaek agreed, this would be great.
Yes the lighting is soo damn great! It’s nostalgic to me 😊
Buddy where can we access the lighting snd rendering parts of this tutorial
yeahhhhhhh thanks for the tutorial! I will test that TODAY! Haha. Cheers
Epic!! 😄😄
You are super welcome. Drifts are always hard to do, but hope this guides people the right way
good looking. This is a plug g. I'm grabbing this now.
Thanks a lot!
Happy to know!
Be sure to let me know if you have problems with it ^^

Great Add-on, before I make my purchase can you show how the suspensions work with the add-on?

Awesome tutorial and a great addon.... How do you link the two animated scenes?
amazing!! would love to see a workflow of exporting blender animations into unreal for real time rendering

hey, nice add-on. Can I link multiple car rigs into one blend file?
Will be really usefull 🔥
Awesome to read!! 🤩 I hope it's paced well so it's possible to follow along.
🔥🔥🔥🔥Great
Thanks a ton!!

How can we export it to Unreal please?
Hi, please make a tutorial how to link the other car in this blender project.
i like it but how I gonna use twisty thing and the uppy thingy if you didin't show the keys😢
Thanks!
Hmmm, like I didn't properly show the keyframes when I was animating it? :/
Sorry about that
