Absolutely GORGEOUS!! Blows my mind there's an almost $8 Mil home in Hendersonville. Even crazier that homes of equal or smaller size on 1 - 3 acres in Asheville sell for roughly the same price. I'm super curious to know what kind of jobs there are in the region where people can even afford to live there with homes in the $2-$10+ Million range -- especially considering the bulk of the area is service industry/tourist industry driven. Even the rents are astronomical.

Now a home of that magnitude needs its own space yes 101 acres puts a different spin on a home like that. I mean it’s majestic. The woodwork is is is awesome. I’m in the whole place is just awesome. It’s beautiful beyond beautiful. I like the kitchen and I like the living room as far as that golf thing I take that up and put flowers in their place. There’s a lot of flowers too much green. But that’s just me and that’s just my opinion but that’s the perfect setting for that home to help us on space to show with Majesty

Beautiful, but it IS quite dated. Pretty taste specific, too. For the price point I would expect it to be completely updated and modernized. Not to mention 31 year old plumbing, wiring, etc. Ahhhh, such is real estate in the greater Asheville area...
