Ultra runner here - you just did what each of us do for every race 😂 we don't run 50-100mi as practice. We just show up, run the distance, and pray our bodies accept the pain! Great job man!

That is definitely impossible. After 10 miles he would have consumed 5,700 calories and 5.1lbs of food. After 25 miles he would be at 12.7lbs of food and 14,250 Calories and would either puke or pass out. A gallon of water only weighs 8.34 lbs. He would also need to consume at least 3-8 cups of water to replace sweat loss. His stomach cannot process 16lbs of food and water while also running 26 miles. Drinking a gallon of water in one 4 hour sitting is medically dangerous for most. Funny comment but unrealistic suggestion. 26 Costco hotdogs also represent 1,898% of your DV for sodium. (~19 times more sodium than you should ingest in a day; and this does not include condiments or toppings).

You should go cross country this summer on a grey hound or sleeper train I think it would make for entertaining content and not a lot of people do them or if u wanted to even up the ante u could go to Mexico on one lmao
There's a lot of "No training running a marathon" vids on yt where you can tell the people have clearly trained before for like a half marathon or a previous marathon... as someone who has also done a marathon with literally no training, I always roll my eyes. Yours is the first I've ever seen where I'm like... yeahhhhh... that's legit. I ran 5 marathon in college with no training, just signed up every year and my times were always between 5 and 6 hours depending on the course and weather lol

7:46 I can sadly confirm this. Miles 18-20 in the 2023 WDW Marathon were the most miserable miles I have ever run and that contributed to me getting swept at Mile 21. But I am trying the Marathon again this coming January and this time I’m finishing those last five miles! 😤

Normally these sorts of claims and video's are fast runners showing off, but not this one. It is very funny. I also did a marathon with no Training and I hated it. I got injured and I haven't done one since.
Ah, the memories. The bleeding from the taint, the bleeding from the nipples, the absolute near-catastrophic shutdown of every bodily system, and then somewhere near the end you start hallucinating, and being disassociated from reality is what carries you over the finish line. Spend a few days recovering and you think you're ready to do it to yourself all over again and you can't wait for the next one. Well done!
