Thank you for the information. One of the problems I have is waiting until I'm hungry before deciding what to eat. This almost always results in me eating something that is unhealthy. I think I will focus on fast, easy to eat healthy foods.

I self learned swimming at 57 from watching youtube swim coaching. I dissected and absorbed a lot of information and imagery to apply to daily pool time. No matter what I decided to do, I studied the subject until there’s nothing left. I think it was more fun to explore than the actual doing. I ran marathons, did mountaineering and yoga for the past 20 years (one after another, not at the same time). I really like swimming because it is technical and challenging. Water also feels wonderful (before I overcame fear of drowning). I am planning to get back to swing dancing this year. I used to take a lot of classes 20 years ago. Dancing forces me to live in the moment and that I can also enjoy some social interaction without too much small talk.
