The camera quality ebonyyyy I love!! your hair has gotten so long, the 2 strands are adorable on you! skin glowing, hair growing, you are just beautiful.

Yes Ebony!! Looking good. I would add to not put a time-line on when your hair will loc or stop being frizzy. I am 16 months in and still not fully mature and still have lots of frizz. Everyone matures at a different rate. ❤

If you choose to use a loctitian, don't get locs unless you have truly vetted them...she ripped my hair, told me during the appt that detangling was extra, a neat grid was extra ( she just randomly grabbed hair and twisted basically), she braided and twisted my hair even though I told her it wasn't what I wanted, I can go on and on...I came home, washed and combed them out and did it myself...I just cried and cried but I was determined so I put that bad experience behind me and kept pressing...glad I didn't let that stop me.

Spot on sis!!! If I wasn’t loc’d and was on the fence about it, I would have a clear understanding of where I am and what I need to do. Keep making vids like this. Your locs are goals for me!

The new camera setup is bomb and so are your twists! I agree with you- locs are their own spiritual journey almost and you have to be ready to take on the commitment before deciding whether or not to get them.

You really inspired me to commit to getting locs! I’m a month and a half in and I’m loving the process. My hair is really just doing its own thing and I’m here for it.
