Yes, absolutely do a Part 2. I am interested to see what else you find easy. I have a couple of plants that I bought in the mid 1970's (I was very young when I bought them, lol), still a part of my collection, and I am wondering if they will make your second list!

Please do make a part 2. I enjoyed this so much as I have been growing plants since the 80s and am always up for another easy, unusual plant. I have always wanted a black pagoda and had no idea they were easy to grow. Thanks!

Thanks for talking about the black pagoda and Cutlass ❤. Just got a 4" Black Pagoda last month that seems to be happy when I do nothing to it, but I was getting worried that wasn't what I was supposed to do. Your size is goals!
The Cutlass is the easiest and most prettily self-shaping aglaonema of the 5 types I own. Striking, loves purple grow lights, and only needs 6-8 hrs of med light per day.

For me it’s the Monstera Deliciosa and Borsigiana (cheese plants)they are really easy to grow, draught tolerant and adapt to a range of light conditions. Plus they are the house plant that everyone should have. The only downside to them is they can take over and get massive!!!

I love Snake plants! I have recently added a few to my collection. I have one growing in water with pebbles and the newest (a light golden Hahnii) I've left in the soil it came in. I do also have a Draceana Compacta which I love the dark green leaves. I have also ordered a Peperomia Obtusifolia as it reminds me of my Ficus Tineke just a smaller version!

Beautiful plants! Some of these I have and one thing is true which you explained is do not overwater them. All of these are easy if you know about them and do NOT overwater. Aglaonema is the only one I don't think goes on the easy list. I have had it and it does not like my house, grows beautiful for a while and then checks out on me! I'm growing one now so wish me luck!

My ultimate easiest plant to grow is a peace lily. I have tried to drown it but it just learned to float (I had a plastic nursery pot inside a cover pot)...If I forget to water it, it shows with its leaves that it's thirsty. It never gets diseases or pests and can take any lighting conditons. If I grow it on a sunny window it grows beautiful wide leaves. I don't stress too much trying to get it flower, it just gives you a couple when it wants... It is quite a thirsty plant so it's a safe bet for a chronic over-waterer like me. Does not require high humidity. It was perfectly happy without humidifiers when I didn't own one and our winters are cold and room heating is intense.

My favorite easy plants are Kalanchoes. But not the ones they sell in the grocery store. I have hoya plants. I didn't know if I like them but I have crimson princes for an year and despite the fact I trimmed it as soon as I bought it, now it's taking over again. Another easy one is Sheflera. I barely watered mine and it is still alive. Rubber trees, Madagascar palms, philodendron Micans, Monstera , philodendron red Congo. My philodendron red Congo was the most ignored tropical plant and it survived.

Awesome video, I personally would change the title of these for low maintenance plants instead of easy plants. I tend to hover over my plants and overwater. I also get discouraged if I don't see growth so for me, easy plants are something like the peace lily or fittonia that tells me when it needs water, the tradescantia that you can see growth every single week. Basically plants that are very reactionary and that I can quickly see what it needs. I have a ZZ that I love but keeps yellowing because I can't be trusted with a watering jar.

I have epipremnun neon, marble queen, n'joy, maranta leuconeura, ctenanthe grey star, peperomia obtusifolia variegata, peace lily, lucky bamboo, arrowhead, monstera borsigiana, air plant, herbs... I left out the plants that are just too big for the space or obviously more sun loving plants. I would be happy to get opinions from anyone!
