Dude I love this. I finally got internet and you tube on my tv and I've been binge watching you for 2 days now. I want to get on your brain train of crochet genius but I still can't follow you, but when I first started about 3 years ago I did follow you on a great bag that you made and I love it. I love to listen to you while I'm doing anything. Your voice is calming. I have this video going on my phone and the tv right now, yeah, I'm a fiber spider junkee
The drunken granny stitch, that I know and love, is different from this. I’ve always felt uncomfortable with the name. Now I’m going to think of it as the good time granny stitch! Thank you for another wonderful tutorial!! You’re so generous with your time.💕
Currently working on this item, was a little tricky at the start but loving this project now I have the hang of it. Started working on it straightaway on and off as have multiple project on the go atm
Agree this is all yours as drunken granny squire is different. I think a little drunk granny and a little C2C. Beautiful. Fall is my favorite time of year as well. Always enjoy your videos.
I think I will watch this again after a couple more cups of coffee . My brain is not awake enough this morning to process what goes where . It's not you , it's me! Thanks for sharing .
Just wanted to say , I love the new virus Chevron blanket pattern you made. I'm making one but not as big as yours and I really love it. Thanks for the new blanket pattern.
I like the fact you show an ordinary crochet hook like I buy, from EBay, so low cost I can have several sets and leave the right ones handy or with a project if doing more than one at a time. 😄
This was soo easy to do, and very pretty! I used some left over yarn to try it out and wish I had enough to actually make something!! Wish I could upload a pic of the sample piece I made!
Love the blanket. :) It's very zen and working up pretty fast. My yarn starts in white and goes to a baby blue, and as I was working in the white it reminded me of a Celtic Cross. I think two skeins and I'll have a good sized baby blanket.
I love the blanket. Adding it to my queue. Im waiting to try the mandala tweed. 💗💫👍I really enjoy how you explain the pattern and show the work.😀Inspidered!
I just woke up and started watching the video . I love ,love, love the look but I really have to be a lot more caffeinated to follow the twists and turns of this one, lol. You'll understand that better when you get into your sixties. I call it old lady brain fog. I will make this one, just need more coffee first. Thanks so much for teaching it,. It's gorgeous.
This is so easy to get, specially if already doing C2C ones. It's marvellous, thanks! I'm thinking how marvellous with solid colts and planned color changes to emphasise the geometric. I'm hooked.lol
I know Im asking randomly but does anyone know a way to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost the password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
@Joe Jermaine Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im trying it out atm. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Love the Mandala Tweed. Made one of your 8-sided star blankets with it. Turned out just great! Very soft and cozy:) It is one of my favorite yarns now. Will give this one a try also.
I have never seen this before, and I had to watch the video twice to understand it. I think it's exciting and I"m thinking of ways to use it. For the record, though, what I've seen called a drunken granny stitch is totally unlike this.
Good morning. Thank you for your patterns and your upbeat attitude. I actually look to your vids first when I have a project in mind...I wish u did more arigurumi tho! Lol Anyway, I have a rather urgent question about this pattern... you rewind and don't actually go on to further 'lacey bits` rounds (cant say I blame u). However, I keep losing the transition between lacey and corner. I'm not sure how each section should go with additional ch 5 sps. I've been crocheting for 22 years so am not a beginner... help! Lol Mimi
Hello love. I am loving following you. Glad I found ur tutorials. I am gonna be trying the kaleidoscope when I finish the four projects I got going on now😬. One question. Once you start increasing the lacy bits is there suppose to be a four double crochet between each lacy bit. Hope that made sense.
Im pretty new at crotchet and there seems to be two ways to do a double crotchet. The way you do it here: 1) Yarn over pull thru 2, yarn over and pull thru two. 2) yarn over pull thru 1, yarn over pull thru 2, yarn over pull thru 2. Which is correct?
@@brendahall2851 Lots of tutorials on You Tube use #2. Totally confusing! Someone told me that #2 is called an extended double crotchet. Learn something every day!

That's a nice stitch with all the spaces to make it light!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful easy simple stitch.....
This reminds me slightly of a stitch my Gram called the tipping blocks stitch. Your creation of this is so lovely.

Lovely
Its just like corner to corner stich , but then in the round 🤪
Will this a good baby blanket? Will the holes be too big and baby get caught in them
Love this.

Sweeeet, can't wait to make this!! 👍😀
Nice!

Beautiful ❤️💕
Love it!
Love ur tutorials. I’ve learned so much.
Could u please do a lost in time shawl tutorial?
Thank so much,!
Would flipping it over between rounds help keep it straight and square, as it does a Granny blanket?
Im pretty new at crotchet and there seems to be two ways to do a double crotchet. The way you do it here: 1) Yarn over pull thru 2, yarn over and pull thru two. 2) yarn over pull thru 1, yarn over pull thru 2, yarn over pull thru 2. Which is correct?
I was always do the first one. Never heard of the second. Sounds almost like a single crochet with a double on top of it. Lol
@@brendahall2851 Lots of tutorials on You Tube use #2. Totally confusing! Someone told me that #2 is called an extended double crotchet. Learn something every day!
I guess I just never noticed. Just always thought they were doing it like I do.
دورد آقای هنرمند عالی کار شما
This is a beautiful stitch
Reminds me of corner to corner.
I would like to make that in a shawl. Do you think it’s possible?
I was just thinking the same thing!! Would love a video for a shawl!!😊
It’s pretty much a c2c in the round. If you make a c2c shawl, it’s the same thing.
Can that be made to a shawl
Nice
This stitch is all yours, the drunken granny is a different stitch altogether.
similarities to C2C (my favorite)
Theresa McDonald it’s much closer to c2c than the Drunken Granny, isn’t it?
I am working on a box stitch baby blanket but this pattern would confuse me half to death. Pretty, but you lost me after the first two blocks.😂😂
That’s ok FS.....I figured it out.
Is this also the most common stitch pattern people use for a C2C?
I call it the tilted granny.
This blanket ‘ll be square or rectangle ?
I would like a video on vintage vibes blanket or let me know where I can go to get it
How big is it with 3 skeins? Is there a written pattern for this?
