Thank you for being a part of our platform! We did do some things on the new app to address some bot issues. Starting the day out with catering platforms and then hopping back to on demand platforms is certainly something we love to see in the gig economy and what makes sense when implementing us into your day. We've got some ball players in the office on our end too if you're ever in town
@@xbackwitit2899 I don’t think he goes out at weird times I used to go out at 11 o’clock to hit the lunch rush and stay out until about nine 10 o’clock and then call it a night have off Tuesdays and Wednesdays because I know they are the slowest days of the week nationwide but right now I don’t do that very often because I don’t need to. I have a W-2 job making 20 an hour decent money for today. I’ll usually work a little over 40 to 50 hours a week. Can’t beat that so until I quit get fired or laid off, I’ll keep doing that and if any of those three things happen, I will strictly back to DoorDash an Uber eating and make my money that way, but until then I’m tightening up my car for that just in case moment, good luck goodbye
Gig driver delivery apps are like old school cable television. 102 channels and still nothing good to watch vs gig driving app after gig driving app and no profitable orders to run. Drivers frantically searching for the next driver app thinking the next one will somehow be different.
Yeah Deliver That ruined it getting rid of tip pool. I haven’t got 1 worth it since then. They always pay like 20 bucks and i ain’t doing catering for less than 30
@MooshiMoo it's not good anymore. They royally waste your time at the Amazon Hubs now. They lost my route and Made ME talk to the Indians on the phone to cancel it. After two long calls with support I got up and left.
Most business tip incredibly well when catering as it’s a business write off. Delivered that polling tips is a scam as you have no idea what they are taking then “distributing “ tips, potentially to themselves
Do you actually know what a business write off is? I’m genuinely curious, because I own a business and I don’t think that you understand what that means. Just because it can be written off doesn’t mean you don’t pay for it lol. So if I had a $20 business write off, then I just wouldn’t have to pay TAXES on that $20. It doesn’t mean that I get $20 back. So a $20 write off would save you like $6 in taxes maybe. That’s it. You still have to pay $20 lol
@ well it’s obviously a very small business you have. Because most corporate entities have budgets or a voucher system for its employees. As they don’t want to be bother to set up such meals or even in some cases incentivize using entire vouchers otherwise they can be reduced, they tip. Because developing good relationships with not only the restaurants they order from but the people who give them the service. Maybe something your company lacks 🤷♂️
lol yes I’m a sole proprietorship. Just 1 guy. But when I file my business taxes I use the EXACT same form as the companies you’re talking about. That’s not how it works. Yes a budget, but where does the money for the budget come from? Who pays the tip? God? The government? Have you filed a schedule C before?
All I said was tip well. Don’t put words in my mouth. I know how taxes work and also how good service gets rewarded. If you wanna be a mouth piece for deliver that, go for it. But any business will gladly take deductions where they can especially if it’s a perk for the company or its employees
Saying stuff like “I don’t know if everyone ran out of money” is crazy.
