@@KatBakingExplorer I made it yesterday and it's almost all eaten today. My family loved it and I have to say its delicious. I love cheescakes and some are quite tricky to get right but this was a straightforward recipe to follow. Thanks again.... I must check out some more of your yummy recipes. Thanks for sharing 😊
Make it came out not bad ...I needed a thicker base think my pan was bigger than yours ...I now realize cream must be room temp before ya work it ...Husband was happy 😃 and it looked out of a bakery 🧁 thank you it was my first cheesecake.
@@charleneboyle5870 I'm so glad to hear he enjoyed it and you were pleased with how it looked! I use a 23cm springform tin if that helps for next time :) The double cream doesn't need to be room temp, I use it straight from the fridge all of the time
@@charleneboyle5870 ah ok, yes it depends on the brand and where you’re based. I find Philadelphia to be fine straight from the fridge (I’m in the UK). In the US the cream cheese is a lot thicker and better room temp
Hi, not at all! I prefer Philadelphia, mascarpone works too but I find it to be a bit too rich and creamy, but that's just my personal taste. I have a full guide on making no bake cheesecake that you will find helpful on my website: thebakingexplorer.com/how-to-make-a-no-bake-cheesecake/ Hope you enjoy!
If you can't get hold of the Maltesers Teasers, or don't want to use them, you can use melted milk chocolate instead for the cheesecake filling. Or you can omit the chocolate and add 2 tsp vanilla for a nice flavour. You can find more answers to common questions like this over on my website via the link in the caption :)
I love the fact that this is no bake, and looks so professional and delicious, I will definately try making a Vegan one with Vegan soft cheese and spread :D
Thank you so much! Unfortunately swapping for vegan ingredients may mean the cheesecake does not set well enough to slice, but you could put it into individual serving glasses or ramekins instead :)
My favourite cheesecake use this recipe every xmas ❤
