I'd recommend lowering the amount of coffee (even though I love coffee flavour, reducing about 25% should still give a great coffee flavour while not being that sour taste) and probably add sugar to the coffee mix instead of the cheese mix. Also, I added a sheet of gelatin and it was great after leaving it overnight, not 48 hours.

Great recipe because there is no baking and no gelatin and also because there is coffee. Thank you sooo much. This is exactly how I have been making cheesecake(without the coffee). But I will surely try it. And also this is way creamier than the baked one, in my opinion.
The cheesecake was finally ready today and it wasn't what I expected. The coffee flavor was really strong (I used 1/4 cup) and it was very sweet to the point where I only had four bites and was done. The texture was great and so was the oreo base, but the cake itself was overpowered by the coffee and cream cheese. I unfortunately threw it away because my family thought the same thing and I personally didn't like it. If you do try this recipe out, I would recommend lowering the coffee amount as well as the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Overall this was very easy to make, the waiting was hard, but not to difficult for a beginner like me. I will be trying other recipes from this channel, but this one just wasn't for my taste buds. Would it be too much if I said that this wasn't my cup of coffee?
@@trr4488very true.. the instant coffee flavours are very strong and intense and a small amount is usually sufficient. They have specified the type of coffee in the video as arabica. And also provided an alternate quantity.

In order for the cheesecake to set and to maintain its form since this recipe do not require gelatin or chocolate to help stabalize the structure of the cake.
Hi Diana! I’ve never used gelatin in this particular recipe but yes of course you can. I’m estimating the amount that can set 500 ml water should be good (check your gelatin packet instruction for the amount, maybe around 1 tbsp or 10 gr powder gelatin). Hope this helps. - Bea

@@The_Palette01 also no. You’ll need whipping cream to lighten the texture and also firms up the cheesecake. You can experiment using some gelatin with yogurt/milk though.
Hi! I'm assuming you meant instant cappuccino in powder form? If you want, yes I guess you could. Just bear in mind that instant powder ones already come with sweetener and milk, among other things. Try to reduce the sugar amount to balance it out. Let me know how it goes 🙂

My guess is different coffee has different flavour so use less and taste until satisfied. Normally looses some flavor during preparation.
