I’ll tell you what I’ll like the comment but instead of every like every day you follow this routine every day (this is my routine that helped me with productivity and helped me get out of a dark place)
Go to sleep early around 8:30 - 9:00
Wake up at 5:30 am
Take cold shower
Journal
Meditation
Workout
Have a high nutritional breakfast
After I go to school
When I come back I eat dinner
Homework
I read my self help book(you can choose any book)
Cardio (jump rope or any other)
More cardio either I go with my dad and brothers to do a bit more cardio
Shower
Journal and setting up tomorrows day
Sleep
You can add or change some things around but mainly start waking up early working out regularly meditating and journaling, also start doing things when you don’t want to do them. This made me be a more disciplined person overall and so much happier and have a better life you should try it out if you wish

I can relate. After leaving my abusive mother and trying to live with other family who didn't care about me as much, I realized that my mom was the only one who cared about me. She got upset on my behalf. She was still crazy and I still couldn't live with her, but it was really eye opening. My dad also barely cared. But even then he cares more about me than anyone else in his family.

The last one was me, accept for the partying part, I never wanted to be like my dad mentally and physically abusive,I was trying to do well in the church and be a. good Christian man, I wasn’t ready for a child and was only married for a year, also we lived in a small bedroom above my friends parents house and shared the same front door as his parents ,I wanted everything to come at the right time buy a house, then start a family, I should of never given my ex wife an ultimatum, I was wrong, I was 24 at the time, I had to buy a house quickly, but she never really forgave me after, I said to get an abortion and I don’t blame her to be honest, we don’t like each other now but I thank her for giving me my son, but I love my son even though he’s s non verbal autistic, he’s taught me so much about patience and what it means to have true love something. These are lessons we go through as men we make mistakes but we learn and struggle and we grow.

Found out Dad was a loser, first hand. Sometimes you have to learn the hard way. My mom let me live with my Dad over a summer and I NEVER wanted to do that again and totally understood why she broke up with him. I became thankful she broke up with him because my life was better off.

My husband started drinking after 12yrs of being together. It quickly spiraled out of control and I made him stop. Thanks God he did stop and he's still here with us because I love him so much, the kids love him so much, He means everything to us!! It would hurt so much if he had chosen the booze over us.
