- 1917 abandoned house sitting on a HUGE piece of expensive real-estate. Escaping death after falling clear through the kitchen floor into the crawl space. Skeleton of a poor lost dog, and Ford Taurus SHO found along with antique appliances and televisions! Most likely abandoned since the 1970's. Booby trapped with barbwire and fish hooks, it was the floor that got me!

It drives us nuts we couldn't get to the garage. Might have to find a better path, or make our own!

I’m glad there was no nails in the floor.
My brother was salvaging a claw foot tube years ago (He had the okay from the owners before the house was demolished to salvage) the Fir floor was already pulled, there was just sub flooring, as he and a friend were hauling out the tub the sub floor broke and luckily the house was built close to the ground, he stopped with his balls just inches about a floor joist with nails sticking out! He didn’t get hurt but he was inches away from ripping the sack open 😳😬
Those SHO engines are built by Yamaha 👍 really high revving engines.
I realized why I missed this video, my son got hurt about the same day this video came out and I ended up taking him to the ER for a cast on his leg.
The Dr though he broke his Fibula but it turned out he just got a bad sprain.

The next video is of some houses in west Seattle that have been abandoned for what looks like 20 years. Looked into it and the are owned by a most likely a out of country development company. I highly doubt ANYTHING will be salvaged... 1910 doors with original finish and all, so sad.
Glad little dude is OK, but also glad he gets to have a childhood where he can do stuff that will get him hurt! I can feel all the stupid stuff I did as a kid in my 40s, but I don't regret a thing!
As for the sub count, I think we are just ok considering the genre. Been at it about a year not super serious. Glad it's a hobbie rather than a business plan! 😆

Wow neat old craftsman, love the old cooking stove. So glad your ok, definitely risky on these old floors there has been a few I wasn't sure if I was going to fall through.

I believe I know exactly where that is! (No worries - I won't out your location) I used to walk by it a lot and was always curious. If it's where I think it is there used to be an old car from the 40's next to it but it was eventually towed away several years ago.

@@DecayWithUs It's the same place. I walked by it many a time without even knowing it was there before they trimmed the foliage. Back when I was in the area the guy who owns the property was very thorough about keeping people away. The one time I ventured a few feet off the road to get a better look he appeared and shooed me away. Too bad the vintage car isn't there anymore. From the style it had to be 40's.
