Good way to use of leftover veggies in the fridge. Will half the recipe and probably reheat the leftover for breakfast, add a few sausages and even take it for lunch. Wonderful recipe.

I made it yesterday, it came out delicious! I made two batches, I made one just regular and the other one I made gluten free using Namaste perfect flour mix. I got it at Costco. Thank you for sharing your recipe!!
I added celery, replaced the spinach with bok-choy, added oregano and lemon thyme, garlic and chilli into the mix and a mix of cheddar and mozzarella on top. sprinkled with sliced anchovy stuffed olives. It was magnificent, definitely will be cooked again. Thanks

Great video, nice recipe. There's no such thing as Cucumber Herb so I was confused, but I looked up the German word shown on screen and the herb is called Dill in English. Never tried it, but will now!
Dill is a very common herb used to prepare fresh cucumber salads. Usually with a sour cream or yogurt and garlic. Onions are sometimes sliced thinly and added to the cucumbers. Mix it with the sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour and serve. Popular summer dish in the South. Makes good little finger sandwiches as well when using very fresh white bread. Trim the crusts off and slice. Usually makes about three sandwiches per 2 slices of bread. Served often at bridal and baby showers.
This looks delicious! I'm allergic to eggs so I will use the ingredients for the sauce(with vegan mayo) blending it with the veggies, etc instead of the eggs. I LOVE sprinkling of sesame seeds! Thanks for a great idea!! Your recipes always inspire me and adapt well.
Maybe you could use whipping cream mixed with something else to make the egg effect. Wow, my boyfriend has so many allergies he has to get shots every month so I know how you feel. There must be something you could substitute for eggs I am going to check for you.
If you whip up the liquid that you drain off of a can or two of chick peas, it fluffs up like egg whites. Maybe you could fold that into the vegetables-and-flour mixture and try that instead of eggs. I’m thinking of using flax seeds instead of sesame, for the extra nutrients. And either thyme, basil, or parsley instead of dill in the yoghurt/mayo sauce (because I really do *not* like dill!).
