    NeRF avengers assemble! Thank you all so much for the work you do, it was invaluable for my thesis, where I came to NeRF and 3DGS as a complete beginner.

    This is an amazing talk! Jonathan, most of the stuff you are talking about I learned the hard way. Now I am taking 500-1000 highest-resolution photos per scene. But still my scenes always have not enougth light...
    I would really like to learn more and how to capture even better scenes.

      @@thenerfguru Actually, the next thing I did was applying what I learned. Dropping the resolution of my photos and increasing ISO instead. The next capture I did was by far the best quality I've ever done. There are so many things you can either do right or wrong.

      @@simonbe So awesome to hear! There are many aspects to gaussian splats that are not 1:1 with photogrammetry.
