I have been waiting for Milwaukee to release a version 2 of the M18 fan. The fact the power supply was separate and it does not sit flat with a 12amp hour on it was just not worth investing in it. The Ridgid fan was fantastic and they just release their version 2 which is even better. I think they delayed the m18 version 2 to get people to buy the new m12 first. The m12 fan does look like a great fan though
