I made these and they came out soooo good!! Thank you for the recipe! I didn't have raisins but I had dried cranberries so I used those instead. Still amazing!
I have months saying I want to try it, until now, I actually did it.its great. however I used all purpose flour, so I noticed it needed more water and I felt it needs a little more cinnamon. But absolutely yummy.great job

You should publish a cookbook, seriously :) The article Culinary Adventure in Paris is so interesting. The pictures are so vibrant and colorful. And the organic vegetable garden - it's like whatever you do, you are great at it, both you and your husband. Just watching the videos is such a treat, I wait for them every week. So glad I found your channel.

I started this about 5 years ago.. learned a lot from reading and trying various recipes. I have evolved a lot in the last years though I still have a lot to learn. I do like what I am doing and probably this keeps me going.

+Kary ds yes you can but then the bread texture would be a lil different. i myself never use bread flour cos it's expensive and hard to get where i am. unless i go to the baking supply store to get it which is quite inconvenient for me.

yes.. you should simply dissolve it in milk and a bit of sugar.. around 1 tsp of instant yeast should be just fine
