Is there any special reason why you reserved 1/3 of the yolk mixture for the vanilla batter but added 2/3 of the meringue and not 1/3? It looks like one side of your cake had broke when you rolled it. For roll cakes, I usually see people roll the cake immediately after removing the paper and let it cool in it's rolled stage so that when you roll later with the cream, it doesn't break. Also, I usually see people cut the opposite end of the cake from where you start rolling diagonally so that when you finish rolling, it sits nice and flat. Curious that you didn't do so. Nevertheless, it looks like a delicious cake. Coffee ganache sounds yummy too.
