One of my favorites. Great band also. Saw TPR open for Shinedown and play Sonic Temple. Never disappointed. Happy to see Taylor back on top. Unfortunately scars are part of life, learning and growing. Wounds do heal and some become scars but the deepest ones always have a touch of pain remaining. They never feel the same as the surrounding skin. The wound is in the past but will forever issue a reminder. Each one has a story to tell. Keep rockin' Taylor and The Pretty Reckless. Be seeing you all again soon.
Scars are tougher and as you get older you tend to enjoy them because they are the things that make us different and who we are Taylor... Chris would be proud! I know I am.

Her story is eerily similar to another Internet sensation: Lia Marie Johnson.
Both became famous when they were really young and both fell from grace because they were thrusted into an industry they hated.
It is not easy to understand where Taylor Momsen is coming from amidst all of this. At some points, I agree that she should pursue what's gonna make her happy but knowing her as having such a sweet innocent image, I have my apprehensions. I see most people saying that she became the evil betrayal of her character Jenny in real life. I don't agree with it entirely but like what I said, her decisions are hard to understand.
I hope that she really finds her peace. Lia certainly took a long time to find hers and even today, she's not out of the woods yet. I still hold on to a tinge of hope that she'll go back to acting and sporting the innocent image that she seemingly wants banished. Don't get me wrong: I DO like some of her songs but most are really just "out there". It kinda makes you worried.
But how was she able to change her voice tone? It's way lower than before on Gossip girl. Seriously, how did she do so?

She grew up, voice continues to change through the years, our entire life. She also sings very hard and that could have affected her voice.
Your voice becomes lower if you scream (or sing very loudly/roughly) a lot. The same happened to me as a child.
Chain smoking will do that to you.

This doesn't quite explain that they opened for Soundgarden on the last date of the tour and he committed suicide the next morning. She said goodnight to him the night before. It's crazy.
And? She literally stated she’s never met Chris Cornell prior to that one time. They chatted for five minutes and said goodbye and then he left. The next day he died. She didn’t even know him. They weren’t friends or even acquaintances. It’s not extra dramatic for her just because she met him for five minutes prior to his death.
