If Juan Martinez was the prosecutor in the trials for O.J. Simpson, Casey Anthony, and Aaron Hernandez they would be roasted. It would be interesting if Juan was the prosecutor in the trial of Nikolas Cruz; the perpetrator of the shooting at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. While prosecutors in Broward County had initially sought life in prison without parole for Cruz, the Florida State Attorney is seeking that Cruz be sentenced to death for his actions. If Cruz is ultimately sentenced to die by lethal injection; he will be executed at the Florida State Prison for Men. Cruz's attorneys are trying to mount an insanity defense in an effort to keep their client from being sentenced to death; but chances of an insanity defense working for Cruz given his social media posts and history of erratic behavior are slim to nonexistent.

Kind of punt him to some other job, someone else's problem) Most would choose quitting over being arrested and charged found guilty. And get jail time.
