    I have made millions of dollars pressure washing homes over the last 25 years and I can easily teach you how to do the same thing in your area without expensive marketing cost.
    Pressure washing a house has a few technical steps and processes that you will need to follow but can be easily done without expensive equipment.
    With a combination of soaps and setting hypochlorite this can be done with rather smaller equipment.
    Some people here on RUclips don't even own a legitimate pressure wash business but yet claim to know it all and sell you things that you don't need. I am here to train you in a straightforward manner and have the success and track record to prove what I'm teaching.
    Each one of my conversations and I have with you are in our Video Training will be straight forward behind the scenes look with nothing held back! Again, we hope to be your source in the future for all things pressure washing and Parking Lot Striping !

    That was an excellent video Billy. Even seasoned pressure washers could pick up a tip or 2. I can definitely feel the difference in pressure when the S/H comes out if wand. On mine it's like a small burst just for a split second, and also the same thing when when the soap finishes for the rince.

    Love the vid. I’ve done around 30 jobs so far. One including a 14,000 sqft Walmart with a 2.3GPM 3300PSI pressure washing. I really need a better equipment set up. I’m using a diaper cannon that shoots out 0.5% which means I have to scrub every inch of the Walmart/houses. I have a bigger Walmart coming up and would love a new setup before then. I have about 3500CAD to work with. Please help. I have a truck I can put them set up in.

    Billy, thanks for the video. Do you typically wash houses or commercial buildings (apartments) with a 1% SH mix and if you do take it higher how high would you take it to 3? I have an apartment complex coming up. Mostly brick with some stucco. I been researching and see to use 3% on stucco. Thanks.

      Depending on the severity of the dirt, mildew, you may be able to downstream it.

  • @louvasta6gmailcom
    @louvasta6gmailcom Год назад

    Not getting any downstreaming with 150 ft of 3/8 hose. works great with 100 ft. tried several tips up to a 60 tip and several different guns. I have a 5.5 gpm pump. any things to try.

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  Год назад

      You can use an open
      Ball valve to downstream with anything over 100 feet of pressure hose. Also you can move your downstream injector up the hose closer to the gun, this works really good but you'll have to use a bucket to draw your solution out of. One mistake you can make is dumping your bucket over

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  3 года назад +1

      We usually just have to run back to the truck and pull out our siphon tube. I know there are some remote systems out there as well and I'm anxious to try it soon

    You mentioned at the beginning of the video that sometimes the 90 in the gun will prevent SH from coming out. I am having that problem, when I have a normal soap nozzle on I don’t have an issue, when I put a nozzle for 2 stories on, no SH. Thoughts on how to fix this? I have the correct nozzle sizes for my jrod.

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  2 года назад +1

      Yes you're creating too much back pressure for the downstream injector to work. You could try idling down your machine to have power and that should start the draw through the siphon tube. The two-story nozzles constrict the water flow to projected up higher but often times it causes the downstream injector not to work correctly

      @@billydavidsonvip sorry to bother again… so I idled down to a little less than half, I have removed the gun and hooked the lance to a quick connect into a ball valve, same outcome. Works on the regular soap tip I have in the jrod, but won’t work for the high pressure 2 story nozzle. Any other thoughts? I really appreciate the help!

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  2 года назад

      @@rickycarter6433
      The only other possibilities that I can think of is that the two-story soap nozzle orifice is too small possibly designed for a lower gallon per minute machine causing too much back pressure or either the Downstream injector is faulty

    Why is the application bottom to top?

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  3 года назад

      If you start at the top the cleaning solution can drip down in small droplets and start to evaporate really quick within the matter of seconds. The H2O will evaporate out of the small droplets and caused the concentration of cleaning solution to increase rapidly. Therefore in this situation as described you can etch paint or even possibly remove sections of paint where the droplets evaporated. Starting at the bottom ensures that any droplets will always drip on a common wet edge

    Billy what percent my 4gpm Honda put out sh if I put straight sh in a bucket

    • @billydavidsonvip
      @billydavidsonvip  3 года назад

      I would recommend doing a bucket test but most likely about a 1 to 12 ratio so if you're using 12% bleach you should get about 1% out the nozzle on a 150 foot hose
