I dont know in iPhone but at least on Android if you use CM Security (totally recomendable app) you can block unknown calls, as block apps with passwords and much good stuff that we all need on our phone

Hello - did you know about the one where you can text people as a flash message and it comes in there phone screen anonymously and once opened disappears?! Only works if you turn iMessage off and start the text with !! - try it and let us know!! Also can you find out it if works overseas?! Thaaaaaanksss 😁😊🙃
You can actually block numbers on your iPhone! You click 'Details', the 'i' button, and scroll down to 'Block This Caller', a lot easier than sending that message to them!
