  • The Boise Housing Market surged 7% this past month. In this video I talk about what I would do if I was moving to Boise Idaho, or considering buying a home in Boise.
If you’re considering moving to Boise Idaho, or know someone who is, I’d love to help! I love helping people discover this beautiful state!

Thanks Benj, a great synopsis. We are not looking to sell right now but good to keep up with the market.

When hyperinflation hits, you'll wish that you were a home owner, even if it's just a condo. Significant inflation is the only way out of the massive debt mess everyone is in. It will be painful, but necessary. 😒

@@audiophileman7047 We shall see. My only debt is a car payment and I live well below my means.

Congrats! That's a great accomplishment! I think it's a good investment. In a recent Gallup poll real estate was again voted the best long term investment (for the 11th year in a row now). Homeownership has always been tied to wealth building. People don't get wealthy by renting their whole life. :)
