girl I just have to say thank you. im 13 and im starting to get into nail art after having a super bad nail picking problem my entire life and this video HELPED ME SO MUCH!! genuinely thank you. I know this was posted about a year ago, but the nails do look great!!
I recently started my own business making customized press on nails sets. Being a member of the Amazon Vine program, which means I am a product tester for Amazon, I have gotten a lot of different brands of gel nails and such. ArtBox nails, like the ones you used, are by far my absolute favorite. They are fantastic. You definitely did an excellent job showing all the necessary steps in prepping your nails. And I like your voice, very soothing in my opinion. Great video!
After you have reviewed so many things on Amazon that you have bought, you could get an email which has an invitation to join the program. Unfortunately, invitation is the only way to be a part of it. Supposedly, they are going to open it up to more people in the future, but it will be a set amount of people who can join
I’m happy I found someone who teach me how to look good while saving my coins ❤Thank You! I use to pay $130-$140 for gel x nails and pedicure every 3 weeks. This is with top included and designs on the nails.
Nail salons "RUclips" has taught US to save our coins and do our own nails etc... I am so happy that I found this helpful video. Let me hit that button.. You should, too, if you're reading this comment.
Instant follow❤ I don’t often comment but I have to say I absolutely adore your simple-yet thorough and informative approach to teaching. Just used this video to do my nails and I love them! Thank you so much and I look forward to watching more videos in the future.
Girl you in my opinion applied them perfect. You do what is best for you to do. When I apply mine I always have gel comes out as well. Not on every nail but you best bet every single time I put them on I do have leakage around cuticle and side walls but isn't nothing can't be fixed and see lots of ladies end up doing same thing and ain't no biggy so don't worry about it. You did and do just fine! Always look good. Mine on the other hand well they don't always look great because end up with bubbles also and have to soak off and do it again but I like the short ones the most and with them being so short and harder to hold on too and see because finger is in the way just have tons of trouble applying them. Lol but I'm also new at it and I do love it and I'm learning. Anywho girl if I was you I wouldn't listen to others. Lots of ladies I've seen end up putting to much because it's hard to put just enough. Love the nails! 🙂🙂❤️
I love this video so much. So much information that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere else. I just did my first gel x nail set using btartbox nails and I missed the part where you file again after the nail application. That part was so informative. Thank you! Now I know my next set will look so much better.
I’m so glad I found this video. I ALWAYS get spillage because if I don’t then I have a million air bubbles. So thank you for sharing a video on how to deal with it!
Wow😍😍 So glad I found this video. I’ve been wanting to start doing my nails at home mostly bc I work nights and it’s hard to find a time in the day where I feel like sitting in a salon for hours at a time. Everything I’ve seen has really overwhelmed or discouraged me but THIS looks doable with some practice ofc. Thank you for explaining everything so clearly. Can’t wait to watch more of your videos!! 🥳🥳
Man you make this look so easy. Want to try these so bad but scared of the horror stories I have seen. You got me itching to try these again. GREAT video!
Ooooooo i like the already prepped tips!!I've seen half prepped nail but not fully prepped, very cool! A little does go a long way....yes it does!! Pretttttyy polishes doll💕💕💕
Thank you for showing step by step on your process! I’m trying the gel x nails out today and this is a great tutorial! Your nails look amazing and I hope mine come out the same way!
WOW!!! Homegirl pulled out the big guns after she applied her nails! Fabulously done...SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL! Oh...and thank you so much for your preping steps. This is my 1st time and I'm starting out w/ 'Beetles' products. Hopefully I don't cause mass destruction just trying to paint 2 coats on top of my tips...we'll see!
These were great! I feel like I can do this 😆🙈. My best friend’s birthday is tonight and she usually does my nails at home. I’m gonna use her kit and try this. Great tutorial! 🤗👏🏽
i love your videos sm, they are such an inspiration!! anytime i do my nails i always put your videos on because they are so relaxing and satisfying to watch!
There's my girl with my nails 😂! Feeling so bad this morning & I saw your video. Then, out comes the nails I love LOL. Yes, I too have been practicing my solid glue amount, so I don't have a lot of clean up to do. With the solid glue, I flash cure & any excess I just use my finger or hardwood cuticle pusher & roll it off. Easy, peasy. The nails came out so pretty 🎉. Thank You for not pushing Halloween yet. And, Thank You for making my morning so much better ❤.
Yes they turned out beautiful! My first trying was last week. Most of my left hand nails came off 😩 but I think I just didn’t use enough glue. I used to do my nails in HS. Enjoying starting to do again. When you say a base coat… is that the typical base coat or a gel base coat?
I’m a beginner nail technician and whenever I do gel x nails on my clients they don’t even last maybe 2 weeks. I use the apres gel extension gel and their bonder and primer. my prep is exactly like yours but the nails seem to pop off. should i try using builder gel rather than extend gel?
I wish she’d answer. But from my years of getting them done I personally would go for a builder. Especially if doing professionally and needing to do top ups every month. 🤷♀️
If you put clear on the nails instead of a color will it become shiny? I want a clear look with and dip the tips in glitter and put another top coat on so it’s all clear and not cloudy.
You said you didn’t need a base coat because the nails were already prepped but my nails are filled from the bottom only so would I use base coat or no? 14:21
Girl please! U applied them nails perfectly! They were applied just like most of us girls at home would apply them, not perfect, but like u said, u can always go back and file that stuff off! I think they look good, but that’s just my lil ol’ opinion! Lol
Great application! Are use poly gel to adhere my gel tips. But it the poly gel is a bit runny I lay it on an ice pack a few minutes. It makes the gel a bit firmer. That tip really came in handy during the summer
Was thinking about doing these. But do they come off fast like press on nails do with nail glue? Because I am quite active and I found press on nails came off so fast. 😄
whenever i wear press-ons no matter how well i prep, which glue i use, its a miracle if they last me two weeks (without having to reglue one), i am fairly clumsy but even when im really careful it just wont stick, vs my gf whos a hairdresser on top of everything and when she does hers its stays on until shes tired of it. does this method ensure that the nail is more secure and stays on longer? cause im running out of options. i dont have the time or money or motivation to go to a salon but i REALLY want to have cute nails all the time :( i dont wear make up, i can barely dressed myself but when i wear nails idk i just feel polished 🥲
Probably late response. I work with my hands a lot. Really rough with my hands, wear gloves for work which means a lot of moisture trapped with my hands. My gelx nails will last a good 3-5 weeks before they start lifting or my nails grow out. I love them so much more than acrylic, also a lot healthier for your nails
PLEASE...send link for the LED LAMP UV PROTECTIVE GLOVES you use in this VIDEO. Both gloves, the one with exposed fingers and the complete glove. Thank You !!
I don't see anything wrong with the way you apply them. I rather be putting them on with to much gel than not enough. I've noticed when I don't use enough gel they don't last as long.

i'd say use a gel base coat just because you'd be using other gel products and gel base coat makes it faster to dry.
Always use a base coat, but if you want them to truly last use the builder gel polish
Hey Key! How are you? Thanks for sharing ❤
I love your voice,.. nice work.
Thank you!
New subscriber I like how you say everything your doing love it thank you hope to do this and to come out beautiful as your thank you 🙏🏼 💕🙌🏼
hiii!! thanks for watching and i hope it helps you out 💞💞
hello ! at 19:20, i wanted to ask where did you buy the charms ? thanks
I’m a beginner nail technician and whenever I do gel x nails on my clients they don’t even last maybe 2 weeks. I use the apres gel extension gel and their bonder and primer. my prep is exactly like yours but the nails seem to pop off. should i try using builder gel rather than extend gel?

What does your film setup look like? If you can make a video of it ❤
So is this easier to take off than regular acrylic?
Do these last the same as regular acrylic or longer?
These are stunning tyfs❤❤❤
Thx
Do you have a link for the needle nail bit? I feel like I need it in my life!
Beautiful. I couldn’t find the link for the nails. Halo please
Very pretty
Beautiful ❤❤❤
If you put clear on the nails instead of a color will it become shiny? I want a clear look with and dip the tips in glitter and put another top coat on so it’s all clear and not cloudy.
Love it❤
Nail is verry beautiful
How long can keep this? And can do refills
You said you didn’t need a base coat because the nails were already prepped but my nails are filled from the bottom only so would I use base coat or no? 14:21
Question..is gel x like acrylics?? How long will it stay on?
Girl please! U applied them nails perfectly! They were applied just like most of us girls at home would apply them, not perfect, but like u said, u can always go back and file that stuff off! I think they look good, but that’s just my lil ol’ opinion! Lol
Great application!

Amazing
Was thinking about doing these. But do they come off fast like press on nails do with nail glue? Because I am quite active and I found press on nails came off so fast. 😄
nope they are stronger and last like 1 to 4 month (1 month generally but 4 month if the prep is done extremely well)
whenever i wear press-ons no matter how well i prep, which glue i use, its a miracle if they last me two weeks (without having to reglue one), i am fairly clumsy but even when im really careful it just wont stick, vs my gf whos a hairdresser on top of everything and when she does hers its stays on until shes tired of it. does this method ensure that the nail is more secure and stays on longer? cause im running out of options. i dont have the time or money or motivation to go to a salon but i REALLY want to have cute nails all the time :( i dont wear make up, i can barely dressed myself but when i wear nails idk i just feel polished 🥲
this seems easier than acrylics or polygel so....could this be it?
What are the drill bits you use??
what type of drill bits were the two in the beginning?
How long does a set of gel x nails last? I work with my hands a lot so "need" nails that will last, but not in love with the idea of acrylic again
Hey keyyyyyy ❤❤❤❤❤
Does anyone know what she used for the base coat? Was it a regular gel base coat?
First like and first thumbs up
Nice 🎉
What are the brand of gloves you are using in your video?
Hey key❤
PLEASE...send link for the LED LAMP UV PROTECTIVE GLOVES you use in this VIDEO. Both gloves, the one with exposed fingers and the complete glove. Thank You !!
What base cote You use ? Please
You just keep getting colder and and colder huh🥰
Hey Key❤🖐🏽🖐🏽🖐🏽
Do you cure between coats???
What makes the nail polish so gritty?
it was the glitter in the gel polish
Just be careful when applying the tips, love! Curing gel onto your skin can possibly lead to contact dermitisis and allergies later on!
what bits and drill do you have ?
Hi can you teach how to design nails
How do I order
Almost 70K
What file did you use?
I don't see anything wrong with the way you apply them. I rather be putting them on with to much gel than not enough. I've noticed when I don't use enough gel they don't last as long.
Careful! Using too much gel like this can cause an allergy if you're not careful. Ask me how I know 😞
These are CUTE AS S***!!!!❤️❤️❤️
