- It's back! Is it better than ever before? I don't know. More motion graphics that I've discovered over the past year, that in my opinion are...well...good! Movie logo quota is bumped from the usual two or so...all the way up to AT LEAST five! Wow! Overflowing with 80s and 90s once again--nothing from the modern era? No problem! (Kind of a shame actually, I do like some modern stuff).
NOTE: I forgot to credit Logo Archive and TrickyMario7654 in the credits list. Their videos are definitely in this compilation (Brent Walker and the Channel 9 spoof ones specifically). I don't own any of the videos used in this presentation besides whatever animations I make for it. Hope you all enjoy the video (and the aesthetics that come with it!)

FUN FACT: This compilation contains all of the music used for your 1991-1997 IDs of the Arkansas Television Network ID history.
TV5 (Canada, 1988-1990) is used for the 1991-1994 ID.
WNDS-TV (Derry, NH, USA, 1994-1998) is used for the 1994-1997 ID.
KLRU-TV (Austin, TX, USA, 1989-1996) is used for the Mountain Home/Branson local variant of the 1994-1997 ID.
Finnkino (Finland, 1986-1995) is used for the Monticello local variant of the 1994-1997 ID.

Remember well: the broadcasters and other program-providers put huge amounts of effort into creating these station ID's or equivalents to push brand identity, offer some symbolism, and to make passive entertainment or even maudlin programming seem exciting... without being confusing. Design must be coherent, comprehensible, distinct -- and attractive. -- to push the brand of the station or network, even if the following program is a news panel or infomercials. People still in the audience remember the cheesy logos
it just amazes how much effort was put into those, considering level of tech that was back in a days. great collection!
At 6:53, I literally thought that was a typo until I saw the channel 9 logo at the end.

I love the TVE2 sign-on, how it started flying around through and underneath the test card! Also would be great to see a collection of 70's ID's from different countries just like you did 80's and 90's before.

Those kaleidoscopic Idents for PRCPB's main TV stations seemed bound to induce people to run into some slight epileptic seizures when they were first incepted.

That particular ident updated WKAQ-TV's then-current "victory 2" logo, which was being used as early as 1976, according to Logopedia (OAD: January 1st, 1984). Those served as replacements for the original animated "Channel Technician" bumpers, which are currently posted right here on YT.

6:34 Actually, that ID was used by all Southern Cross affiliated stations across the nation. I have some stuff from Southern Cross Bendigo (BCV-8) from 1990-1991 and they used that ID. Also, thanks for including that Nine Network spoof ID I found on a Christmas Tape.
TrickyMario7654 that one was a bit of a tough one for me since Southern Cross didn't serve all of Australia, just more rural parts. So I went with their headquarter location...I think.

Melbourne Nine got revenge on Channel Seven.
That ID originates from a Channel Nine Christmas Tape dating back to 1981, which was a complication of bloopers/raunchy skits made by the station technicians and staff as an 'end of year joke'.
This is proof that the past really did happen.

literally all the TVE2 ones: these ones were great!
DFF (1984 - 1989, 1989 - 1990): same goes with TVE2.
TVNZ (1980) AAAGAHHH MY EARS!! this is the only logo on here that i actually dislike!
