File footage of the U.S. Navy's Landing Craft Air Cushions hovercraft. The Navy said 30 sailors and Marines were hurt during a training exercise involving two Landing Craft Air Cushions from the USS Wasp and USS New York off the coast of Jacksonville, Florida.
